Avoid at all costs The driver picked us up an hour late Upon arrival, we realized it’s a factory; their only goal is to get as many customers through as quickly as possible Toxic atmosphere The time for activities is cut in half At the end, when you pay for your many extras—slippers, buggy protection, etc., etc.—the girl at the register speaks to you very rudely

Ne disposant pas de vos numéros de téléphone personnels — que votre accompagnateur ne nous a pas transmis —, il nous était impossible de vous prévenir à l'avance du retard causé par la circulation, un impondérable totalement indépendant de notre volonté. Nous savons parfaitement comment prendre soin de nos clients. Dès votre arrivée chez "Fortune", nous vous avons accueillis chaleureusement en vous offrant des boissons rafraîchissantes pour l'ensemble de votre groupe, et nous vous avons présenté des excuses sincères pour ce contretemps indépendant de notre volonté. Comme à notre habitude, nous vous avons également donné toutes les consignes et informations nécessaires avant le démarrage des activités. Notre société "Fortune" gère directement les parcours de Rafting et de Jeep Safari (Land Rover). Pour les activités de Zipline et de Buggy Safari, nous orientons nos clients vers la meilleure entreprise partenaire de la région afin de garantir votre sécurité. Il est totalement injustifié de qualifier cet endroit d'« usine » sous prétexte qu'il y a du monde : ces activités attirent naturellement de nombreux visiteurs en haute saison, ce qui crée une ambiance dynamique, comme le montre d'ailleurs la photo que vous avez publiée. Ce site n'est pas notre base privée Fortune, vous le savez très bien : nos gilets de sauvetage et nos casques sont rouge et noir, chaque société ayant ses propres couleurs. Vous y étiez uniquement pour le buggy, au milieu de clients venant de 4 autres compagnies. Malgré cela, vous n'avez pas attendu pour votre session, car nous prévenons nos partenaires avant votre arrivée. Concernant les équipements de protection : nous n'obligeons jamais aucun client à acheter quoi que ce soit. Cependant, la poussière, la boue et l'eau rendent les masques/lunettes et bandanas indispensables pour votre propre sécurité et confort. Nous en expliquons l'utilité avant tout achat et nous les proposons au tarif le plus bas (6 € contre 10 € chez d'autres prestataires). Il est navrant de constater votre colère pour l'achat de ces protections de base, au point de multiplier les avis négatifs partout pour nuire à notre réputation. Nous vous avons accueillis avec générosité, vous avez partagé notre repas et vécu une journée différente ; votre réponse a été l'ingratitude. Pourtant, au sein de votre propre groupe, 4 autres personnes françaises nous ont chaleureusement remerciés, ont laissé un pourboire à l'équipe et sont reparties ravies. Vous étiez tout simplement insatisfaits dès le départ, et vous cherchez aujourd'hui à déverser cette énergie négative ici. Mais sachez que vos propos ne sont qu'une goutte d'eau dans l'océan et n'altèreront en rien notre standing. Exceptional experience
We booked several activities with Fortune Adventures during our family holiday in Turkey, travelling from Liverpool, UK, as a family of four with children aged 7 and 5. We didn’t actually look at reviews of the company beforehand, as Diana Travel, who we booked through, didn’t tell us the name of the local provider. After booking, we did some Googling and came across videos of the various activities, which honestly made us quite nervous. We were so unsure about what we had signed up for that we almost cancelled. After experiencing everything first-hand, we can honestly say we couldn’t have been more wrong. We did the zip line, jeep safari, buggy safari, canyoning and river rafting, with lunch included, and every single activity was outstanding. The whole day was incredibly well organised, everything ran on time, and the location was absolutely stunning. The guides were fantastic from start to finish. They went out of their way to make every activity enjoyable and memorable for both of our children, while also making sure we as parents could relax and enjoy the experience. Our 5-year-old was nervous during parts of the activities, and the guides showed incredible patience and kindness. They even carried her when she was too scared to continue, always making her feel safe and included. They were so caring and encouraging with both of our children, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their professionalism, friendliness and genuine care turned what we thought might be a stressful day into one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. We would absolutely book with Fortune Adventures again and can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re travelling with young children and wondering whether these activities are suitable, don’t hesitate—they’ll look after you every step of the way. I wish I had taken their names so they could get the credit they deserve but all staff were amazing!

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience with Fortune Adventure Antalya! Our family had an absolutely amazing day, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Turkey. We booked the buggy ride, rafting, zip line, and jeep safari, and every activity was exciting, safe, and incredibly well organized. The entire team was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. A special thank you to Mohamed and Abdul for taking such great care of us and making sure we enjoyed every moment. Everything, from the equipment to the facilities, was clean, well maintained, and organized. The food exceeded our expectations as well. It was freshly prepared, delicious, and the perfect way to recharge after all the adventures. Most importantly, Mehmet, was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. His passion for creating a great experience truly shows. If you're visiting Antalya and looking for an adventure-packed day with excellent service and outstanding hospitality, Fortune Adventure Antalya is the place to go. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups. We can't wait to come back!

The experience was amazing, and the views were beautiful. Our guide Simon was the best, he made sure everyone was safe and happy throughout the day. I would highly recommend. (Bring spare clothes, you can buy water shoes with them for €10 & The safari doesn’t include animals)
