We all enjoyed so much
I personally came here with 2 of my friends and it was such an incredible experience. The team over at the Jais Adventure park were awesome. They were so funny and knowledgeable. You watch a safety video before they gear you up and send you up to the zipline spot. Once you get up there they provide you with an additional safety briefing relating to how they will be rigging you up for your flight. We had such a great experience today and although it’s definitely a trek out of Dubai, it was so incredibly worth it!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your valuable feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit and found everything well-organized. Our team takes pride in providing a welcoming and pleasant experience for our guests. We look forward to having you visit again soon!

Not worth it for three reasons
This was a disappointment, and I recommend against doing it. Here's why. First, the webpage claims "For three unforgettable minutes, at an elevation of 1,680 meters above the Arabian Gulf, you’ll feel the exhilarating rush of superhero-like flight." Because I paid extra for the "camera" upgrade, and have a video of my flight, I can report first-hand that my "flight" was half as long as advertised. Driving 2+ hours each way from Dubai for such a short experience was not worth it at all. Second, the safety briefing for the "flight" failed to mention that near the end of the flight there would be a teeth-rattling jolt when the brake kicked in without warning. If you have your tongue out for any reason when that happens you could bite it right off. That would have been easy to mention during the safety briefing. Third, the goggles they provide and require you to wear are not compatible with many types of prescription glasses. When I tried to place to place their goggles over my glasses they did not fit and the staff told me I should put my glasses, unprotected, into the backpack they gave me for my 90 second "flight." After the main "flight" was over they removed part of my harness and then crammed it without warning into my backpack (which crushed my glasses) for a very slow 30 second seated zipline seated from the "reception platform" back to the ground. If I was running this place I would clearly recommend to guests to wear contact lenses if they have them and if they don't, to bring a hard-shell glasses case. After the zipline experience we had lunch at the restaurant there that looks out over the landscape. It was delicious with good service.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed feedback. We would like to clarify that we are not the service provider for this tour. Kindly recheck the booking details and share your review with the correct provider so they can address your concerns properly.

Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $170 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Jebel Jais World’s Longest Zipline From Dubai with Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Evening Desert Safari Dune Bashing, BBQ Dinner & Live Shows. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
