What you'll see and do
Jatiluwih
Experience the ultimate bike ride as you descend from an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level towards the picturesque coastal town of Canggu. Although the initial section of the ride has many rolling hills, the breathtaking coastline and legendary surf break at Canggu make this ride an unforgettable adventure. If you possess a regular biking routine and a decent level of fitness, then this ride is an ideal match for you. The 45km ride covers small roads, back tracks, and serene single tracks between the lush green rice paddy fields. This bike ride was the first one we designed back in 2010 and still stands as one of the best adventures Bali has to offer.

A Must Do In Bali
We enjoyed seeing many parts of Bali that we wouldn’t have seen on our own. The bike tour by far exceeded our expectations. Our guide Gita did a great job in explaining local culture and the sights. We would 100% recommend this to people visiting Bali.

Out of our midlife comfort zone!
This is easily the best thing we’ve done in Bali. There is possibly no better way to explore authentic Bali than riding through its back streets, its farms, its villages. We were worried we might not last the distance, not being experienced cyclists, but the trip is well planned in terms of regular stops and the support is amazing. On that note, a big shout out to our guide Eka! He absolutely made the day for us and was such great company. There were a few very steep hills that we simply had to walk up and Eka didn’t bat an eye. Lunch in the middle of the day was at the small shop of a local family - Infinity apparently work hard to support the local economy - and it was delicious. Our driver Putu was so careful and accommodating - all part of the package. We are so grateful for an amazing experience and will recommend this to everyone!

Great days out
We hadn't ridden in Bali before , but my adult son and I ride a lot on road so decided to give the mountain biking in Bali a try. Infinity came highly recommended, so we thought we'd give them a try and booked for this ride and the Mount Batur to Ubud Offroad road ride as well. The team at Infinity were great, we had a false start where we needed to re-schedule, no problem at all, and then had two exceptional days with the same guide Mr Gozeng, and two different drivers. Every member of the company we dealt with were exceptional from the booking staff to the guide and drivers. Our rides were with two others each day, so a group of 4 with a dedicated guide and driver. The driver doubles as road crew ensuring that at the regular stops everyone gets cold drinks and snacks and is well looked after, and they do this really well and are an important part of the team in addition to getting you to and from your hotel on time. Our rides were really enjoyable and Gozeng did a great job of controlling the pace and tempo, ensuring everyone kept up and was comfortable, but also that it wasn't slower than need be or boring. With the exception of a couple of early hills the ride isn't over technical and wasn't over taxing. Mt Batur to Ubud is shorter but more technical, and more challenging in parts, but again quite manageable if you ride a bit. We'd certainly go with the team again when next in Bali.
Response from the operator: Hi Tony, First of all, thank you so much to you and your son for joining two of our day rides during your holiday here in Bali. We are always pleased to read that our organization comes recommended, word-of-mouth recommendations are one of the most important forms of publicity for us! We could not agree more with your description of both our 'Jatiluwih to the Sea' and 'Off Road Mount Batur to Ubud' rides :) A big thanks as well for your appreciation regarding our staff, these are the real ambassadors or our organization. We will for sure pass on your amazing feedback to our guide Mr. Gozeng and both your drivers Mr. Suwena and Mr. Widi. All the best for now and please keep in touch. Please do look us up whenever you make it back to our beautiful island. Kind regards, Nita

Awesome way to see the country side and the 'real' Bali
Amazing day with the Infinity crew. Prompt pickup from my hotel; for the 90minute drive to the starting point. The 7.30am departure means you miss the worst of the early traffic. Starting point at Jatiluwah is breath taking. The ride is quite easy as it is mostly downhill. There are a couple of challenging uphill sections, but our guide, Eka, described the route and when and how to prepare for the climbs. There is no shame in needing to walk some of these bits :). The support vehicle was well stocked with cold water, isotonic drinks and snacks. Lunch was excellent and authentic Indonesian. I booked the dual suspension bike and it was well worth the extra $$. The majority of the ride is completed on village roads, thru the rice fields with limited traffic. A small section is completed on actual roads with motorbikes and cars going around you. Motorists and other road users were very courteous. Only one major road to cross before going back onto the rice paddy roads. All in all, its a lovely picturesque ride with excellent support vehicle and guide. You arrive at the sea before you know it..... and then get dropped back to your hotel. Would highly recommend. An intermediate level of fitness would be advisable.
Response from the operator: Thanks for leaving us a review and mentioning our guide, Eka. The team here at Infinity MountainBiking is thrilled to hear such a good feedback. They work very diligently and it will provide them with great encouragement to keep doing what they are doing. We hope to see you here again and please bring all your friends and family. We will ensure they all enjoy the same quality of service as you have. Lots of love, Infinity MountainBiking

Awesome day trip
This is our second tour with Infinity and it was fabulous again. Our guide Haris was fabulous - he looked after our kids with kindness and was extremely competent. You need a general level of fitness and some biking competency for this trip. The bikes are in excellent condition, gloves and helmets provided. Ample food and drink provided. This tour shows beautiful scenery - breath taking rice paddies and a real sense of rural Bali. Highly recommend!

Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seminyak.
How much does Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast cost?
+
Prices start at $85 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seminyak usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seminyak is not rushed.
Is Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seminyak, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seminyak can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seminyak and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Jatiluwih to the Sea – Cycling from UNESCO Rice Terraces to Coast start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seminyak within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seminyak?
+
On Outty we rank every Seminyak experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ️ Nusa Penida Instagram Tour: The Most Famous Spots (Private All-Inclusive), Nusa Penida Premium Day from Bali: Manta Rays, Yacht & Land Tour, Private Full-Day Tour: Discover The Best of Bali Destination. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seminyak?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seminyak?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
