"Since 4 years, I have been coming to India almost every year, except during the challenging times, and each time, Mr. Amit has been responsible for transportation, either for me or for my groups. He provides car or bus rentals for groups with a private driver. He is always available to assist us before the journey, helping us plan our routes and providing the best rate proposals. The price quoted before arriving in India has consistently remained the same, with no surprises or hidden fees; we only need to add a tip for the driver at the end of the trip. As a group leader during training trips, we often encounter unforeseen circumstances, and Mr. Amit has always helped us by suggesting alternatives. If we ever had any suggestions to improve our comfort during the stay, a WhatsApp message to him would promptly resolve the matter. During my last trip in November 2023, I fell seriously ill and had to change my travel plans. Mr. Amit was there to assist me and arranged for a vehicle within a day, even though it was not planned, and I was far from Delhi where his office is located. In summary, if you are planning a trip to Northern India, seeking comfort, and are concerned about scams, while prioritizing safety, I highly recommend Mr. Amit. Personally, I cannot imagine choosing another service provider, and I eagerly anticipate the next journey.
