Accurate site description...
Accurate site description and friendly staff who privided good instructions and set us on our way. Had a great time with a buggy and an ATV. Went around the island with ease visiting the sites we wanted to.

No, no, no! Beware!
We paid $150 to rent a scooter online. We received no communication other than through tripadvisor. When we arrived the company decided "we were not capable of riding a scooter" and would only allow us to rent if we paid $200 nonrefundable insurance. We asked if we could get our money back for the scooter rental and was told "no". They said we could try and do it through our credit card but that they would deny it. Our only "option" was to pay $150 MORE to ride an ATV. After talking with locals on the island they informed us that scooters and ATV rentals are NEVER that high and that we were scammed. We also had to stand and wait and then finally taken to an offsite location to pick up the ATV so we wasted over an hour for this whole fiasco. We were only told we were incapable of riding the scooter so that they could scam more money out of us. I do not recommend this company. Beware!
Response from the operator: With respect to our guest we appreciate everyone that supports our company. In this isolated situation through TripAdvisor this couple booked a scooter rental and as they arrived they were presented with the scooter they reserved signed up with a driver’s license and because it was prepaid no additional funds was requested from them. Upon signing up they confirmed they opted out of the insurance portion on trip advisor and they had the option of riding without insurance on any vehicle which ultimately makes the riders fully responsible. Whilst performing a trail run on the scooter neither party could ride a scooter therefore it was suggested to them upgrade to an atv which an additional cost. As far as scams are concerned our product is listed publicly with prices along side competitors therefore prices are similar and we always thank our guest for choosing us. If you reserve an item for the day and time of your arrival it’s no longer available to anyone else therefore processing a refund goes through the third party company.We do apologize that you guys feel this way but we’re hopeful for future business with you.

GREAT TIME! The rental process was super smooth and LaFayette was so helpful in giving us advice. It is completely worth the rental price to be able to go out on your own and independently explore Nassau! We would (will) totally do it again in the future!
