    Avoid at all costs!!!

We are very disappointed with our wedding here. We were sold a 15-minute ceremony, but it lasted barely 3 minutes because another ceremony was waiting. We were stunned: we just signed documents in a hurry and heard a single sentence to get married, standing at a counter as if we were ordering a coffee! Even our witness was barely present because he was busy. Furthermore, we still haven't received our apostille, and they have the nerve to want to make us pay 250 dollars for it again! We didn't say anything at the time out of shock, but the service in no way corresponds to what is promised and paid for.

Response from the operator: Hello Malika and Christophe, Several important facts in your review need to be clarified. The service you booked was our International Wedding Service with Apostille. It is described as a “simple Sign & Go wedding,” which is specifically offered as a very short and simple wedding option for couples who want to complete the legal marriage formalities quickly. It is not our traditional 15-minute ceremony. The service you received was consistent with the package you selected and booked. The description also makes clear that this package does not include a traditional ceremony or vows. We went over all of this when you were here for your wedding and made sure that you understood the package that you purchased. We offered you the option to upgrade your package to have a more traditional ceremony, and yet YOU CHOSE the quick Sign & Go option instead, saying that this is what you want. The 15 minutes shown on Viator refers to the total duration of the appointment, not to a 15-minute wedding ceremony. That time includes check-in, verification of information, completion of the required paperwork, and the brief legal wedding itself. You received the service that you selected and booked. You can see our other Viator packages state a 30 minute appointment, those packages include the traditional ceremony. That is not what you chose. Regarding your apostille, it was processed and mailed in a very timely manner. For international shipping, you were offered two choices: insured DHL shipping with tracking and insurance for $85, or free standard USPS International Mail with no tracking, no insurance, and no delivery guarantee. We explained these options to you in detail and YOU CHOSE the free untracked option. Because of the importance of the documents that we are sending, along with the fact that sometimes documents get lost in the mail, we encourage everyone to use the expedited and insured shipping option. Both of you signed a document expressly confirming your choice to use the free shipping service. That document also states that if the documents are lost, delayed, or undelivered by the postal service, they cannot be tracked or replaced free of charge and a new order would be required. In signing this document you agreed that Paradise Wedding Chapel bears no responsibility for the delivery of your documents once they are placed in the custody of USPS. This document also states that should you require a replacement of your legal documents, you will need to place a new order and pay the full processing fee again. After you reported to us that the documents had not arrived, we generously offered you a discounted replacement apostille along with free DHL tracked and insured shipping. You declined that offer because you want to have us provide this completely free, and then you threatened to dispute the charge if we do not re-issue the documents and send them with tracking and insurance for free. When I again repeated our generous offer and said that we are not able to provide it all for free, you went ahead and disputed the charge. So now, your expectation is to get a refund and have your complete wedding and apostille service for free. This is such an egregious injustice. It is completely misleading to suggest that Paradise Wedding Chapel failed to provide the service you paid for or that the replacement charge was unexpected. The wedding service that you chose was provided, the apostille was processed and mailed, using the shipping method that was personally selected and accepted by you in writing. You made fully informed decisions about the type of wedding you wanted and the shipping service you selected. Your review leaves out those facts, but they are important context for anyone reading it.

International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.

How much does International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification cost?

    +

Prices start at $275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification take?

    +

Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.

Is International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does International Wedding Package with Apostille Certification start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?

    +

Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?

    +

October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Las Vegas?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
