We Love Austria!

Our driver and guide David did a fantastic job! Kristallwelten was wonderful and fortunately we got to take advantage of their Black Friday sale so we saved a few bucks. Innsbruck is a wonderful town, the stop made me want to plan a longer visit. David was very patient and allowed us to decide how we wanted to spend our day.

Response from the operator: Dear Stanley, Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your day in Austria and that David’s patience and guidance helped make the tour enjoyable and flexible to your preferences. It’s wonderful that Kristallwelten and Innsbruck left such a positive impression, and I’m glad you were able to take advantage of the Black Friday sale! We hope your experience inspires a longer visit to this beautiful region in the future. Warm regards, Amir

Unique way of presenting Swarovski

The setup was rather unique. It was a combination of art and clothing that made up the entire tour. You get some insights how Swarovski was created as well as some of the key pieces they created throughout their existence. The outdoor garden has more art exhibits, in a lovely green surrounding.

Wonderful day trip; Elisabeth was a fantastic guide

Our group of 10 booked this day trip from Munich. Our guide, Elisabeth, and a driver picked us up at our hotel in a very comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for everyone. Right from the beginning, Elisabeth was personable, attentive and answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable about history, geography, Germany, and the sites we were seeing. With her fun and interesting commentary along the way, the drive went by quickly. Swarovski Crystal World was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we loved going "into the mountain." Everything was well organized. Innsbruck was one of our favorite stops during our vacation. It is just a beautiful town and our favorite Christmas market of all that we visited. After our tour, Elisabeth arranged with the driver for us to be dropped off at Hofbrauhaus for our dinner reservation. After a long day, she could have just dropped us off at the door; but instead, she went with us inside the restaurant and showed us the vaults where the regulars keep their beer steins (so cool!), gave us a little history of the place, and walked us up to the Festival Hall to make sure everything was set with our reservation! This is the kind of extra attention you get when you book with Special Private Tours. I would highly recommend them.

Response from the operator: Hello Deanne, I´m so glad that you enjoyed our Swarovski Crystal World and Innsbruck Private Tour. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and it sounds like we achieved that goal with you. Reading such wonderful reviews makes all the more proud of what we do! I hope that you will think of us on your next vacation, as we would love to have you join us again! Warmest regards, Amir

Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Munich.

How much does Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich cost?

+

Prices start at $67 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Munich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich take?

+

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Munich is not rushed.

Is Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Munich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Munich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Munich and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World Private Tour from Munich start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Munich within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Munich?

+

On Outty we rank every Munich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Munich Classic Bike Tour @ 11.30am with Surfers & beergarden stop, Munich Ghosts and Spirits Evening Walking Tour, Guided Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site Tour with Train from Munich. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Munich?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Munich?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
