3 eventful and memorable days!
My husband and I are on honeymoon right now and this 3 day inka jungletreck was the best activity so far! It startet by picking us up from the hotel and going to our first activity the downhill Mountainbike. I would say this was besides the Machu Picchu my favorite experience! You will start at approximately 4000 Meter and go down to 1800 meter! That was so much fun! The favorite part of my husband was the rafting! That was quit the excitement having huge waves cross your face. After that we got to eat the sweetest mangos. It was the last day and the Machu Picchu that amazed me the most! I startet at 5:30 am with the hike up to Machu Picchu while my husband decided to take the bus up the hill. The hike was incredible- I was in the middle of the jungle and the sun just got up. I crossed 10 people and a dog so it was incredible peaceful. Up the hill we got to see Machu Piccho and his beautiful view! It was stunning! Maybe some addition- the translation in German at the offer was a bit weak and didn’t quit say that the ticket back to Cusco was not included. But William helped us to book the train and bus back to Cusco. All together it was a mixture of adventure, relaxing time and because it was just the 3 of us, William depended on us when we wanted dinner or we needed a break, had another question etc. Thank you for these 3 eventful and memorable days! I do recommend it to anybody! Best regards Fabian + Theresa

What an Adventure!!
Wow, what an adventure! This tour completely exceeded our expectations. A complete jam packed whirlwind. So many exciting moments followed by local dining and transportation experiences. Our guide William took great care of us, and always made sure the trip continued smoothly. Can’t recommend William and this tour enough, experience of a lifetime!

Whirlwind of a Machu Picchu adventure!
Originally I wanted to book a long hiking tour to see Machu Picchu with friends, but after having injured my knee I realised it wasn’t possible within the timeframe; hence I was looking for an alternative! Having booked the 3 day Inka Jungle Trek directly through Peru Travel Company, this was fantastic value for money. The first 2 days were exciting activities, one after another. On the end of the second day, William (our main guide) lead us across the beautiful train track route leading to Las Aguas Calientes. Our last day, William (our tour guide) met us at the Citadel (as we decided to hike there) and gave us the Machu Picchu tour before leading us to the Huayna Picchu route; giving us clear instructions on our itinerary to get back to Cusco. The accommodation provided was always nice and clean, which is nice after a long day! This trek was a whirlwind adventure, and occasionally we weren’t sure what was happening but we went with the flow and William and the other guides always made sure we were taken care of. Thank you to William (in the photo) and the Peru Travel Company, we had an absolute blast!

Amazing Experience!! Highly Recommend to go with this company!
We booked the 3 Day Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu and were not disappointed! Our tour guide William was excellent from start to finish! It turnsed out to just be me and my boyfriend who booked for thode dates so we essentially got a private tour. Day one started off with a bang riding mountain bikes down the road of a mountain, apart from Machu Picchu itself this was definitely a firm highlight from the tour, followed by an afternoon riding water rapids! It was my first time doing both and felt so safe in the equipment and tour guides. The next day we started the morning off ziplining followed by a 3 hour afternoon walk to the town just below Machu Picchu which was so beautiful! The final day was a very early start (4am) to take the 2000 steps upto Machu Picchu, which was 100% worth it! If you don't fancy the steps or the super early start you can get the bus up at a slightly later time. The difference between the 3 day and 4 day trek is we missed out on an 8 hour trek on the second day. (So if you want all the adventure and to cut out abit of walking definitely choose this one) William was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had in fluent English, he really came into his own when we reached the summit and could tell he was very passionate about the wonder that is Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend to book your tour with these guys, you will not be disappointed!!

Dream adventure
Loved this adventure! Our guide William was amazing and took good care of us. My husband and I took our 18 year old on the 3 day jungle trek. Magical memories that I will never forget. The food was great! Biking started in the clouds and the scenery was fantastic and just got better and better as we rode down. The river rafting had pretty good rapids and we saw lots of parrots. Amazing hot springs that was so relaxing. Zip lining was a lot of fun! So glad we chose this company/adventure! The hiking was beautiful and Machu Picchu was everything I hope for and more.

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day.: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day. cost?
+
Prices start at $371 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day. take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day. worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day.?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day. suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 8. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day.?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Inca Jungle Trek- Inca Jungle Adventure to Machu Picchu 3-Day. start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
