Use your Imagination at the Imagine Museum
This was the perfect museum for me because I love glass and art. Every item was beautiful. The descriptions of each piece were readable and educational. The Museum layout was easy to follow. There was a scavenger hunt on the second floor, which made looking at the pieces more fun. The employees were very helpful and knowledgable.

5 Dollar Thursday Deal
Took advantage of the $5 Thursday after 5pm admission. Totally worth the $5 and the exhibit was really cool and there was even a scavenger hunt on the second floor throughout the exhibit when we were there. Besides the gift shop, check out the bakery goodies by the entrance (towards the back) had some veryyyyy delicious dessert and pastries (and free samples too).

Unique Experience!
It’s a unique and beautiful museum of modern glass art! They had a cute scavenger hunt for kids with tiny glass sculptures that was enjoyed by my 6 year old very much!

Beautiful but WATCH OUT for a distasteful and inappropriate shrine to a national political figure
Imagine Museum, like the other principal museums of St Pete, is truly wonderful. It is well thought out, has beautiful exhibits that change periodically. I also very much enjoyed learning more about the history of glass. However, I was shocked, dismayed, and displeased that Imagine has a whole room on the second floor dedicated to a politcal figure with quotes in gold and images of him as well. It kind of ruined the experience for me and I wondered how they could even do this? I want to warn anyone going to Imagine Museum so that they are not taken by surpirse having to walk through a shrine to a very controversial political figure. It kind of ruined the whole thing! Is this a museum of the history and beauty of glass or is this a tribute to a politician?

Beautiful!
Beautiful glass and inspirational displays. Stopped by on a day with a discounted entry due to parts being closed but there was plenty to see.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for St Petersburg.
How much does Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission cost?
+
Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in St Petersburg usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in St Petersburg is not rushed.
Is Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in St Petersburg, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in St Petersburg can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in St Petersburg and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Imagine Museum of Contemporary Glass Art General Admission start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central St Petersburg within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in St Petersburg?
+
St Petersburg pairs beach time with a dense arts district: Dali Museum entry, mural walking tours, clear-kayak paddles through mangrove tunnels and boat runs out to Egmont Key and Shell Key. On Outty we rank every St Petersburg experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Clear Kayak Tour of Shell Key Preserve and Tampa Bay Area, St. Petersburg Jungle Prada Site History Tour, Island Sunset and Skyway Light Show - 3hr Boat Cruise in St. Pete. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit St Petersburg?
+
October to April, before the summer heat and afternoon storms. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in St Petersburg?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
