Horrible Scam! Don’t book!
Horrible Scam! Don’t book! They wrote on their website that they pick you up on the Paraguayan side. Then I booked it. 20 min later they told me I should cancel, since they wouldn’t pick me up! Unbelievable! I said to them they should adjust their information and cancel my trip and refund my money but they refused. Luckily I paid over paypal and paypal refunded me. But this company is a scam! Stay away!
Response from the operator: AVALIAÇÃO FALSA E MENTIROSA Good morning. Thank you very much for your review and comment. However, we need to clarify that this is a false and inaccurate review. Immediately after you made the reservation, we issued a full refund for the tour and informed you that our company does not operate in the city where you were staying, as you were located in Paraguay. We operate exclusively in Brazil and Argentina. Therefore, there is no justification for this review. We sincerely wish you a pleasant trip, and on a future occasion, if you choose to stay at a hotel in Brazil or Argentina, we will be happy to assist you. Thank you.
