Wonderful experience
5 star all inclusive with butler service. I had a room with a magnificent ocean view and it was nicely appointed and had plush towels and robes. Toothpaste and toothbrush are provided free of charge if needed. Sun tan lotion is also gratis. The buffet and the themed restaurants were excellent and Jamaican food was readily available. The staff were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. There were plenty of day activities and the nightly entertainment was good. There is even a disco for after hours partying. I am planning on going back in 2025.

Just fine
No probkems at all. Took time to find the connection but we found her. Only suggestion is a name plaque. That would have made it easier. But in the end it was a most a 10 min delay

Well spent and unforgetable vacation. We are looking forward for our next vacation at Iberostar Grand in November.
Our vacation could not have been better. The staff was very caring and friendly and made an extra effort to make us comfortable. All our needs were met promptly. The concierge, ambassador, and butler were all welcoming. We felt spoiled for the five days. The food was exceptionally delicious and finger-licking. We looked forward to the nightly entertainment that made me dance my feet off. Tropical drinks like pina colada and strawberry daiquiri were authentic. Our private area at the beach was relaxing with our beach beds well made and not to mention all the tasty treats and drinks that were served while relaxing. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

Fantastic Company
What a top notch company. The experience was first class. My airline changed our flights details so many times since booking our trip. I was able to keep in touch via email and the process was smooth. Pick up and drop off no stress. The drive Craig was very pleasant.
