Hurghada: Luxury Cruise to Orange Bay & Hula Hula Island.

Fantastic snorkeling experience for non-swimmers and swimmers alike

Our group of 30+ has just returned from a trip to Egypt where we had a fantastic outing with Blue Waves Egypt. I contacted the company directly via email to arrange a private boat trip to take us to various beaches and snorkeling spots in the Red Sea off of Hurghada. Mahmoud Ibrahim responded to my initial request, as well as multiple follow-up emails, and helped tailor the itinerary to fit our specific needs. We wanted a mix of beach visits and snorkeling sessions. For the latter, I specifically asked that the operator caters to everyone in the group, including several non-swimmers. Mahmoud assured me that the team will take our needs into account. On the day of the tour, the Sea Spa was assigned as our boat. It was squeaky clean and easily accommodated our entire group with room to spare. Our guides, also acting as snorkeling instructors, were Tito, Kimo, and (another) Mahmoud. We were given plenty of beach time to relax and take those Instagram photos. The buffet lunch with drinks was served on board with a variety of dishes, and there was not a single complaint from anyone. Since it was rather windy on that particular day, the captain took us farther out to sea than usual so we could get to a calmer snorkeling spot. We were then divided into 2 groups: non-swimmers and swimmers. The non-swimmers could either stay next to the boat by holding on to an attached line and directly in view of the on-board crew members, or be taken a bit farther away using a flotation device by an instructor. The larger group of swimmers was supervised by the other two instructors and guided toward the nearby coral reefs for a much better underwater view. For those staying next to the boat, a crew member would periodically throw food into the water to entice the fish to come closer. We truly appreciate the fact that the entire crew worked hard to ensure that everyone could enjoy the snorkeling aspect, no matter their skill level. In short, thanks to the wonderful folks at Blue Waves Egypt, everyone in our diverse group, from non-swimmers to novice and experienced snorkelers alike, got to enjoy a memorable day on the boat, at the beach, and in the sea.

Very nice Boat trip

Very nice trip, youll see the best beaches in Hurghada. The people on the boat are the best their doing a great job.

Unforgettable adventure

I had an amazing experience. Came with my mom who doesn’t speak English and they all made us very comfortable. She was so so happy with everything so am i. They were professional and very helpful and kind. From the moment of the booking till the end of the trip. The trip was great the island are beautiful make sure to bring cash though if you wish to buy something on the island. The snorkelling was truly unforgettable. Kemo was really nice and explained everything. Honestly he was great but not just him the whole team was amazing. We had so much fun. I really recommend it!!! It’s a must try!

Good trip

The boat experience was very good, everything was amazing. Stuff also good. However, what I didn’t like was our return trip to the hotel. This was not related to the boat, but to the Uber ride. It did not feel safe because of the way he was driving, especially because I had my 3-year-old child with me.

Wonderfull 💯💢🫶

Very nice trip !!! Wonderfull islands visits combined with amazing snorkling. Even managed to spot dolphins on the way back, captain drifted around for a while to have a good look at these wonderfull animals playing around. Delicious food and great guides.
