    Not for us.

Hated the quad bike experience, rather cross that every opportunity was taken to extract money from you.

Response from the operator: We are so sorry. We will try to change this as soon as possible. With best wishes, Egyptra Team

    Not a recommended tour

We didn't like this tour because it is all made to take money from tourists and not a real experience as described in the details. Firstly the tour operator contacted us to confirm the pick up time and I asked if lunch was also provided (although not mentioned in the description) and he said yes, so we didn't take any food with us. Once there they told us that only dinner was included so we didn't eat until 6pm. There, you need to rent glasses for 3$ which should be included, and if you don't have a scarf for your head you also have to buy it there. The quad drive was OK but the buggie drive too short and they stop too much time to take pictures from you and try to sell to you later. Camel ride is a joke, they are all there continuously taking people for just 100metres ride, that is not a walk and the poor animals are doing that all day with non stop. If you want to see the reptil house you need to pay 3$ but in the tour description it says that is included. Then, they tell you that you are going to see the beduin village and culture but it is just a theatre to show you what they normally do, nothing like a real village at all. Finally, we went back for a "BBQ" dinner and we were surprised to see that most of the dinner was rice and pasta and just a small piece of chicken and small sausage. I wouldn't recommend it.

    Action packed and super fun

Super experience. Good communication throughout the trip. Any questions we had was promptly answered via WhatsApp. Our guide Hamses was excellent, very well spoken and knowledgeable. I went with my family. My girls aged 12 loved the experience. Quad bike, Buggy, Safari and a Camel ride followed by nice entertainment. It was fun action packed. This was my first time on the quad and buggy but it was easy enough for anyone to do. Food was not BBQ as it was stated but it was delicious. If you don't have scarf you can buy it at the venue. This is to keep sand away from you face. I would absolutely recommend this trip.

Response from the operator: Dear guest, It is always our pleasure to provide our guests with the best possible and honest service, Thank you for joining us on our journey and we look forward to welcoming you again soon. Best Regards Egypttra Travel Services Team

    Action Packed. Very well organised

Great experience. Easy going guides who go above and beyond to ensure you feel catered during the activities. Well organised, action packed set of included activities with good timings for each one and a nice sequence so that the day feels like a great adventure in the desert. The option of the photographer who goes along with the group and takes professional mid-activity shots with a nice extra touch. And the west evening events including Belly Dancer, Light Performer, and Fire Breather were all a hit! I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hurghada.

How much does Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hurghada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hurghada is not rushed.

Is Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hurghada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hurghada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hurghada and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Hurghada: Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Bedouin Village Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hurghada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hurghada?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hurghada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hurghada Diving Adventure one Day with two Dives Boat Trip, Hurghada to Cairo: Pyramids & Museum for First-Time Visitors, Scuba Diving Full Day Boat Trip W/Lunch & Transfer from Hurghada. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hurghada?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hurghada?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
