Avoid this company
Had only one opportunity on one day to take children on this safari. Arranged to be picked up in hotel lobby at 11.30am. Texted at 11.30 asking if driver was on the way. No response. Tried calling. No answer. At 11.50, had hotel staff call with no response. WhatsApp messages for next 45 minutes. No response. No call or message to explain why they ruined our family's opportunity to go on this safari. So wish we booked through the hotel. Now we'll never have the chance to do it. Told the firm exactly what I thought of them and although I can see they've received the messages, they still have not responded. Have nothing to do with this 'company'.

It’s was wonderful & amazing during all trips time with high quality of service by all staff. Also the food is delicious with many of different flavors & dishes. I recommend all to try it as we planing to try other rest of trips they have on few months 😁
