Tiger Arena
Tiger Elephant Arena (Vietnamese: Hổ Quyền) is a relic in the ancient ruins of Hue, located in Truong Da hamlet, Thuy Bieu ward, Hue city. This place was a tiger breeding case and a unique arena that can not be found anywhere in the world. During the Nguyen Dynasty, this was the arena of the death war between elephants and tigers in order to sacrifice to the festival and serve the entertainment of the king, mandarins and people.

Vong Canh Hill
Vong Canh Hill (Đồi Vọng Cảnh) is known for its perfect beauty combining the natural water and hills of beautiful Hue. Owning a peaceful, romantic and fresh space, this place is a great destination for both domestic and foreign visitors. Vong Canh Hill used to be the place where the Nguyen kings chose to take a rest and sightseeing. Surrounding the hill is a system of tombs of Nguyen kings such as: Dong Khanh tomb, Tu Duc tomb, Thieu Tri tomb, Xuong Tho tomb, Ba Cung palace,... This was also an army base of US Army during Vietnam War, and there are still some army bunkers left here.

Thuy Xuan Incense (Hương) Making Village in Hue Vietnam: Hue has long been famous for its many cultural and historical heritages as well as unique craft villages, including the Thuy Xuan incense and conical hat making village Thanks to brilliant scenery created by multi-coloured bouquets of incense sticks in green, red, purple, and yellow, and its time-honoured tradition, Thuy Xuan Village always attracts much interest from tourists, especially young people.

Historial Monument Chin Ham
This area was built by the French colonialists in 1941 to store weapons. In 1945, after the Japanese coup against French colonialist (March 9, 1945), the Japanese fascists took all their weapons here, and the Nine Tunnels was vacant. Under Ngo Dinh Diem's government (1954-1963), Ngo Dinh Can, with the role of "Landlord of Central Vietnam", renovated area into a prison for revolutionary soldiers and patriots. From here, Nine Ham Prison is associated with the barbaric crimes that the Ngo family has committed against the compatriots. These tunnels were renovated by Ngo Dinh Can into rectangular, semi-floating and semi-submerged rectangular concrete blocks.

Thanh Toan Bridge
The tiled bridge is a wooden bridge, 17m long, 4m wide, on both sides of the bridge there are two rows of wooden platforms and railings for back support. On the covered bridge, the glazed pipe layer is divided into 7 compartments, of which the middle is designed to be the widest and there is also the place where the altar to worship Ms. Tran Thi Dao is located. Architectural parts in the bridge are decorated with two types of sections: round and square. The bridge rests on a six-row support system with three stone pillars in each row. The bridge was built in the style of "Thuong Gia, Ha Kieu" in 1776 by Mrs. Tran Thi Dao, a niece of the sixth generation of the wife of a great mandarin under the reign of King Le Hien Tong, who spent personal money to build the bridge.

Great and very interesting trip to Hue!
We booked a private one-day tour with our excellent tour guide Hung and the equally good driver Son, starting from our hotel in Da Nang. Already the manner of booking and organizing the trip was very easy and convenient, allowing us to book online and make a deposit via Paypal, so that everything was fixed within minutes. Son picked us up from our hotel and brought us back and was great in terms of driving, offering to stop for photo shoots and getting us there and back at the agreed time. In Hue, our tour guide Hung joined, who immediately provided a great historical overview over Vietnam, different kingdoms and rulers and the roles they played in their various lifetimes! It was fascinating and Hung, a knowledgeable guide with not only an in depth knowledge of the history of Vietnam but also a great sense of humor and and excellent English skills, was happy to answer all of our multiple questions. The tour was beautiful and very informative and the typical Hue noodle soup delicious- we highly recommend the tour, and specifically Hung and Son for these kinds of day trips!

Amazing experience thanks to a great tour guide and driver
Adventure Journey accommodated my booking for a last-minute solo day trip to Hue from Da Nang. The agency was super responsive and put everything together quickly. My tour guide, Hung, was amazing. He was very friendly and I could tell right off the bat that he was passionate about sharing his considerable knowledge of Hue and the history of the beautiful sites we visited. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. In addition, Hung told me a lot about Vietnam and modern Vietnamese culture generally, which I really appreciated as I hope to spend a lot of time here in the future. The pace of the tour was very comfortable, and I never felt rushed. There was plenty of time to learn and to take photos. My trip to Hue took place on a very rainy day and there was considerable fog in the morning too. My driver was extremely conscientious and drove very carefully, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Adventure Journey and Hung.

Hue Tour
The tour exceeded my expectations from start to finish! From the beginning, it was easy to communicate with our tour operator about any questions we had. Our tour guide, Mr. Hung was very knowledgeable, engaging and had a wonderful sense of humor. We were fascinated by the history and everything we learned on the tour. Throughout the tour, he made sure we were well taken care of and gave us as many photo ops as we wanted! Highly recommend this tour!

Ask for Hung because he’s the best!
Extremely interesting and informative tour of the Imperial Citadel, Thien Mu pagoda, and Tomb of Khai Dinh. Our tour guide Hung was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he spoke perfect English. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and I highly recommend asking for him when visiting Hue. Also our driver Son was very prompt and professional throughout the day. Overall an outstanding tour!
