From pickup to drop off the entire experience was amazing! We had a good chat to our launch location, the balloon was setup and ready to go, an amazing view, and smooth landing. Presseco and snacks on landing and a quick ride back into town. Absolutely stunning.

Totally immersion experience
The whole experience was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and engaging. We were able to absorb the tuscsn countryside from s totally unique perspective. The addition of a drink and snack at the end of the ride was welcome as you have to be up so early.

I took my partner on this experience as a birthday present and we thoroughly enjoyed! The pick-up was on time and efficient, and we were able to thoroughly enjoy the sunrise through the hills. Our pilot was talkative and knowledgeable, and the ride itself was extremely smooth. Truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience and I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience around Florence.

First, you are at the mercy of the weather. Second, this pilot and crew will do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience. The scenery in Tuscany is beautiful. The pilot even picked us up in Firenze after the location changed last min. Georgia was great at coordinating the entire experience, this woman had lots of patience

Book this hot air balloon ride! This was genuinely one of the best experiences of my life and easily ranks as a top-five memory of something truly amazing. From start to finish, the crew was efficient, organized, and incredibly well prepared. The lead operator was especially kind and helpful. At the very last minute, I needed help arranging transportation from Greve to the balloon launch site, and he went out of his way to help coordinate a pickup for me. I felt completely safe throughout the entire experience, and everything was handled professionally while still feeling warm and personal. Floating over Tuscany in a hot air balloon was absolutely unforgettable. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this experience or express how grateful I am to the entire crew. If you’re considering booking this, do it. It is worth every penny and is a memory I will treasure forever.
