Great value for money!!!
Excellent value for money and many highlights covered in one day. Lunch provided at Han restaurant was also good. A very special mention must be made of our lovely tour guide Rabia Genc, who was tirelessly explaining the tour and always pleasant, friendly and bubbly. She took very good care of the small group. Timing was also perfect for the whole tour. She is a huge asset to your company. Well done to Tourmania!

Explain why request passport info.
Guides were good-Ede. Red tour itinerary excellent. More geological than green tour which is more underground cities/christian resistance. Both very interesting. PLEASE advise your clients need passport for insurance purpose for balloon. I got random whatapp call from Murat. Thought could be phishing. Until he explained requirement. ALSO our balloon ride was cancelled due to morning shower. No refund. I understand, nobody controls weather.

Total scam. Booked a flight 3 months ago for €125, and they threated me to pay €299 or they'll cancel my flight!
They use unethical practices to rip off tourists. I booked a hot air balloon flight 3 months ago, at €125. Then 3 days before my flight they said the price now is €299, either I pay, or they will cancel my flight. They know as tourists, we've all booked flights and hotels to Cappadocia so they're intentionally holding us hostage and ripping us off. They'll cite that it's a "common price rule" which is BS, I was able to re-book with another tour operator at a much lower price than €299! Stay far away from this company!

Memorable lifetime experience
My husband was afraid to go because of his fear of heights but after talking to other travelers, the receptionist at our hotel talked him into it and we thoroughly enjoyed it. An amazing experience to see all of the other balloons lifting off and flying away. It was easy, smooth and the pilot was artful in handling the balloon so he could turn it so everyone could get great views. The ground is interesting but the best is floating among the many balloons and there were many, maybe 100. I’m not good at guessing. It was 45-60 minutes and we landed smoothly. We had a celebratory glass of sparkling wine with juice. It was a great experience.

I had an enjoyable experience on this tour. The balloon ride was exceptional and memorable as expected. Would have loved if they provided an actual breakfast instead of a bag filled with water, crisps and packaged cake. The price I paid compared with others who were on the exact same tour was very expensive. I would recommend purchasing the balloon ride on its own and the other day tour in Goreme separately. Gulsar the tour guide was very informative and lovely to communicate with. Overall enjoyed my time in Cappadoccia.
