cabins in greasted denmark
i had booked a cabin in greasted denmark for 2 weeks through edreams and i find edreams prime to be wonderful and when i got there the first thing i see is a caravan park and after dragging my 2 suitcases up the stony drive i enter reception area and the manager informs me that he doesnt have my booking yet he has 2 laptops and then i get on to edreams and it does take a while for them to check on whats gone wrong as i had been given confirmation of my booking i finally took out my laptop and sent edreams an email explaining the situation and phoned the number they gave me and they asked to speak to the manager and he confirmed that he didnt have my booking and edreams agreed to give me a full refund /then i found accommodation in NORDIC PARK still in greasted and i was booked in for 4 nights at 100 eruos a night and i was shocked shocked shocked when i was a lovely room with 2 beds and no toilet or shower /there was no one around and i ended up getting locked out when i went to the loo and after running around in my p.j.s and track jacket i ran down about 100 yards to a bigger cabin and found the manager who was highly amused by being not knowing about using the hash key after the code and when i asked him for a room with a toilet he said it wasnt ready and just to clarify i am a boomer and i need a toilet then i told him i was leaving for copenhagen in the morning and he just walked off the next morning i met him again and said i needed a taxi and he told me to go the the reception area there is a reception area who knew i certainly didnt as it was dark when i got there and when i told her i wanted to cancel the booking she said that she was keeping 200 euros as i had not cancelled 24 hours in advance then i got a taxi to copenhagen for around 250 euros to a lovely WAKE UP hotel but that didnt have a kettle in the room but you were welcome to buy water at reception

Fun, informative, amazing views !!
Our guide was fun and very informative. He made sure that we knew all the basic commands and how to hold the reins during each of the commands. We practiced in the round area first before going out onto the trail. He was encouraging throughout the entire experience. Would recommend this tour to anyone that would like to experience English saddle horseback riding !!

A wonderful horse ride in the beautiful countryside of Calci.
It was a really great experience to go horse riding in such beautiful countryside. It was idyllic. My tutor Alex was very very good and a really friendly guy which was good for me ass this was my first time travelling abroad solo.. I could not have enjoyed myself more. Silvio and his Team made me feel very welcome and I will never forget what wonderful afternoon I had riding in Calci. Thank you Silvio & Alex for a wonderful & beautiful experience. Do this tour!
The staff were very friendly and patient as they taught mostly beginners. The property was well maintained and all the horses looked happy and healthy. The aperitif was exceptional- red wine, bread, cheese, and salami. The countryside was idyllic. I strongly recommend this tour.

Creeped out and treated rudely
Our experience seems to be very different from other reviews. We booked for 1 adult & 1 child and shortly after booking, the tour vendor messaged requesting to change the time to an hour earlier and asked if we needed transportation. We were ok with the time change, but had already arranged other transportation. On the day of, we arrive 15 minutes early despite it starting to rain and Google maps having the entrance in the wrong location. Our transportation drove passed the open gates to drop us off at the "stables". As we were getting out of the vehicle, a man quickly walked up to my door yelling that we couldn't park there. I reassured him we were being dropped off for our scheduled tour and the vehicle would be leaving. He kept yelling, so the driver quickly moved the vehicle and said he would wait until we were settled before leaving. While I was looking for a check-in area, I started to get a creeping feeling up my spine and was very uneasy about whether we'd arrived at the correct location. The employee that had yelled about parking told me we'd need to wait to check-in. Then another male employee appeared from a stall saying obscenities in Italian, which I can understand. I figured he may have been having a bad day and ignored it. 5 minutes later the driver came to check on us and after looking at the facility said he would wait with us. 10 minutes go by and the second employee appears again, this time yelling the obscenities and included "stupid Americans" and something about "husband". I didn't quite catch it all. The driver got upset, said he wouldn't leave 'His' wife and daughter with these men, insisted we go get in to vehicle, and then went to speak with the original employee. The employee said, "What, SHE can't wait 10 minutes!?" While the second employee shouted in English, "Then get out!" and a few Italian obscenities. We left then and the drive took us to go get Gelato.
Response from the operator: this review is absolutely false and offensive. The customer asked for a refund after two months and after our refusal he wanted to leave a negative review.
