Transported in a luxury SUV (Suburban) Power plant tour tickets & museum tickets are included. Upon arrival you will be taken on a 35 minute guided tour 650ft down into the massive superstructure itself. This is a guided tour where you will get to explore the gigantic hydyroeletric turbines and more. Museum tickets are also included for you to gain access to the Museum and see rare items as well. You will get to sightsee many different points of interests of the Hoover Dam such as the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Pat Tillman bypass bridge that crosses over the entire structure. The amazing walk across the top of Americas's largest Dam on the bridge is an amazing experience. Tour the internal and external portions of the Hoover Dam hydro-electric turbines structure as well. Great tour!
What a fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Sammy Lee, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we started our journey, Sammy shared fascinating facts, history, and interesting information about Hoover Dam, making the drive there just as enjoyable as the destination itself. The Hoover Dam tour was incredibly informative, and we learned so much about this amazing engineering marvel. We had a lovely time from start to finish! Sammy was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he made sure we returned quickly, comfortably, and safely. Its just an Uber
This is basically a glorified Uber. This is written search that you think you are getting a private tour. When in fact, an SAUV picks you and a few other couples up… where’s the “private” in that. Also, you expect to be guided by your “private tour guide… RIGHT!”… also no. You are deopped iff and told where to gonand where you’ll ve picked up in 90 minutes. 100% a 5x priced Uber.

It appears as if you accidentally booked the wrong tour. It's obvious that you booked the wrong tour because this product that you reviewed is for a shared tour not a private tour. The description of this product clearly states that it is a shared tour. We also confirmed this fact by checking your receipt in which you purchased and paid for a shared tour not a private tour. (129.00 Per Person) Shared tours are cheaper and we put up to 6 people or 3 couples in each 7-passenger luxury Suburban for almost half of the price of a private tour to accommodate guests at cheaper rates. Any rideshare ride from your hotel in premium luxury Black Suburban 34 miles to the Hoover Dam costs 129.50 one way from your strip hotel & 259.00 round trip per person. You had 2 people and you would have paid 518.00 round trip with for a premium luxury Black Suburban in a premium rideshare vehicle which was the same vehicle that we provided you with. You paid 129.00 per person with power plant tour tickets included and a professional tour guide in which rideshare drivers are not certified tour guides. Also there's a slim chance of an Uber driver accepting a 45 minute ride request to Hoover Dam to pick you up and 45 minute drive to drop you off because they only get paid for drop-offs not the 45 minute journey to pick you up. At these high fuel prices people often get stranded at the Hoover Dam using rideshare to take them there but cant find drivers to pick them up. You also failed to include the fact that we provided you with power plant tour tickets and you took a guided tour of the power plant by a Federal employee of the Hoover dam which would have costed you more money as well. A simply A.I. search will help you to understand that only Federal employees can give guided tours of the power plant because it's heavily restricted to the public which is why all tour companies must drop guests off after showing them around. In addition your tour guide explained this to you during his informative narration in which the other guests that shared the vehicle with you really enjoyed. They also left positive feedback of the very same tour that you shared with them as well. We realize that not everybody will enjoy this experience but we provide true value to our guests and for anyone to compare our upscale service and all it provides to a rideshare company clearly shows a disconnect. It is unfortunate that you booked the wrong tour as a private tour would have accommodated you more fittingly. Thanks again for choosing us and we we will try to discover more ways that we can improve so that misunderstandings like this can be avoided moving forward. “Paid in Full, No Show and No Response”
We booked and paid for a Hoover Dam tour with Vegas To Hollywood Tourz LLC on June 2, 2026, for a scheduled tour date of July 5, 2026. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at noon. The day before the tour, we tried contacting the company by phone, text, and email to confirm the details, but received no response. We tried again on the day of the tour and still received no response. Noon came and went, and no one ever showed up to pick us up. The only communication we ever received from this company was the original email confirmation after we booked and paid for the tour. No follow-up, no response to any of our attempts to contact them, and no one showed up for the tour. We planned our day around this tour and paid for it more than a month in advance. Being completely ignored and left waiting at our hotel with no explanation is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.

BUYER BEWARE…Vegas to Hollywood Tourz LLC…ghosted us!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! This tour operator didn’t bother to notify us and just completely no showed on us for our Hoover Dam Tour by Luxury SUV reservation . We were sitting outside our hotel lobby, at the scheduled pick up time, waiting with absolutely zero communication from this company that they intended to not pick us up. Other than the order confirmation that I received at the time of booking, Vegas to Hollywood Tourz LLC made no other communication attempts in the days leading up to my reservation. Because of the lack of communication as our reservation neared, I began to make calls, sent text messages and email attempts to confirm our pickup details for the tour. Don’t let this company ruin your vacation plans. Our tour was fully paid for over a month in advance and we were completed ghosted!!! AVOID Vegas to Hollywood Tourz LLC Hoover Dam Tour by Luxury SUV tour.
