Good, well organised trip, worth taking.

Good trip, well organised all ran to time, plenty of free time in Otaru, enough time in other spots, Hamid was a very good English speaking guide.

Good guides, professional tour but the Iternary wasn’t for me

In my opinion, this tour was not quite right for me. I did not particularly enjoy the cemetery or the chocolate factory experiences, as the itinerary simply did not match my interests. However, I have no complaints at all about the guides. They were helpful, polite, professional, and did everything that was expected of them. A big thank-you to them. It was certainly not their fault that I did not enjoy the tour as much as I had hoped. The tour itself was professionally organized; I simply did not like the itinerary very much.
