Great locations. Horrible tour guide if you’re only English speaking.
The places are beautiful however the tour guide was horrible. I can’t remember his name, but he was from Taiwan and it seemed he spoke more in that language than any other and when it came to English, we got the abbreviated version. It started out with when he came out to get everyone for the tour where we met in the morning, he only spoke Chinese and Japanese so everyone who understood him went on the bus and we were the last two and he had to get us but we were the first two that had gotten there that morning. He was not that personable and I hope I never get him again on a tour

Our Guide Tom was great. The two viewing points were awesome. The time allocated for Otaru was too long for us. Also the chocolate Park was not really our thing. We maybe could have found another tour that suited us better.
