This is an excellent tour
This is an excellent tour, we did the river coconut jungle tour and it was brilliant - took us to a really quiet part of the coconut jungle so not as touristy - really looked after and taken care of. The views are really good and the staff are great. Would highly recommend. Drinks are included and so is an evening boat ride after dark to which you light a candle lantern and put on the water. Really cool experience. They seem to do a lot of other tours as well so defo check out if in Hoi An.

Waited too long
Unfortunately I didn’t go on this boat trip. It was very disorganised, I waited for 90mins and the boat still wasn’t ready. I ended up just booking another boat and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. I would recommend people just going down to the water and booking a boat while you’re there, it is much easier!

Scammed
We arrived at the precise meeting location a few minutes early. We were scheduled to meet at 5 PM. The address was given as the address of a restaurant. No tour operator showed up. The restaurant owner called the number for the tour operator for me and when I spoke to the tour operator he said we could meet at 6 because 5 was too early. I already paid for the tour for 5 PM! I didn’t want to meet at 6 and he didn’t understand me. Our tour was booked for 5. We just left and I submitted a claim online for a refund. I haven’t heard back yet.
