You will leave the tourist area behind and start your food adventure in a street food paradise. You will taste “Banh Xeo” and “Banh Khot”, which are rice pancakes from the Central and South of Vietnam, with lots of fresh Vietnamese vegetables. You will stroll along a street known for its barbecue seafood vendors. Then, you will head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best “bo la lot” (beef in wild betel leaves) and “Hue beef soup” (or Bun Thit nuong), which is an 8-hour slow-cooked soup from Hue.
