Paying for convenience not service.
Glad we paid for quicker immigration as the general line was huge. But there was no real representative, sign or assistance thankfully someone there worked out what we were looking for and told us to join a specific line. Jad issues finding our transfer outside which did not help after a long flight. Just lacking overall. Tried calling thier office qnd no answers, got a text finally after 30 mins looking for the driver. Definitely worth paying to get past the longer queues otherwise no benefits in service or help.
Response from the operator: Xin chào, Damien! Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback regarding our Ho Chi Minh Airport Private Transfer service. We're pleased to hear that the fast-track immigration service helped you avoid the long queues after your arrival. However, we're sincerely sorry to learn that the overall airport assistance and transfer experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulty locating our representative and your driver after a long flight, as well as experiencing delays in communication. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments are very valuable, and we will review them carefully with our operations team and airport partners to improve our arrival procedures, signage, communication, and coordination so future guests can enjoy a smoother and more seamless experience. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We truly appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience and hope to have the chance to provide you with a much better service on your next visit to Vietnam. Asiana Link Team

No joy- guide a no show
The so called Fast Track guy to guide us thru quickly never showed up. At least there was a taxi to take us to our hotel
Response from the operator: Xin chào Timothy, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. The Fast Track representative should have been there to welcome and assist you through immigration, and we sincerely apologize that this did not happen. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing this case with our airport team to understand exactly what went wrong and to ensure it does not happen again. Your feedback is taken very seriously. While we’re glad the transfer vehicle was available to take you to your hotel, we fully understand that the key service you booked was the Fast Track assistance. Please kindly contact us directly with your booking details so we can review and arrange an appropriate resolution for you. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. Warm regards, Asiana Link Team

Good but not needed for late Saturday night arrival
Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals. Just get a Grab car from airport.
Response from the operator: Xin Chao, Nathan! Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad to know that the service worked smoothly as expected with Asiana Link Travel. You’re absolutely right that late-night arrivals often experience shorter immigration queues, and we appreciate your practical insight for future travelers. For peak hours and busy arrival times, the fast-track service remains a valuable option for those wanting a smoother entry. Thank you for choosing our service and for your balanced review. Why this scores 47
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ho Chi Minh City.
How much does Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $14 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ho Chi Minh City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ho Chi Minh City is not rushed.
Is Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 39 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ho Chi Minh City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ho Chi Minh City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ho Chi Minh City and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ho Chi Minh Airport: Private Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ho Chi Minh City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Ho Chi Minh City?
+
On Outty we rank every Ho Chi Minh City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Adventure Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta Tour From HCM, Cu Chi Tunnels Small-Group Tour: Vietnam War Underground Network, Cu Chi underground tour - Learn Vietnam war with others. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Ho Chi Minh City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Ho Chi Minh City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
