We start at the port or any of your accommodation and start sightseeing tour through the corniche (the bay of tangier) and several boulevards ,drive through the residential area where you can stop for pictures (the big mosque ,the grand Spanish cathedral ,view over looking both new and old city …),continue to cap spartel the extreme northwest point of Africa and where the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet together, stop to visit the caves of Hercules +camel ride(optional), then drive to the old city and start the walking tour: - visit the Kasbah (fortified citadel 15th century) - visit the archeological museum - snake charmers - Marabouts and mausoleum - Continue through the labyrinth of the narrow colorful streets of the medina(old fortified city): - visit the Mendoubia garden - visit the souks (berber fruits ,vegetables, spices…markets) At the end of the tour you’ll have free time for shopping and then transfer to the port.

Cap Spartel
Cape Spartel is frequently but incorrectly referred to as the northernmost point of Africa. It is the most North Western point of mainland Africa. The cape rises to a height of 326 m. at the top of Jebel Quebir where there is a tower. There is another tower nearer to the end of the cape which serves as a lighthouse.

Musee de la Kasbah
This recently refurbished museum is housed in the former sultan's palace of Dar El Makhzen. The focus is on the history of the area from prehistoric times to the 19th century. Exhibits are well-presented, but only in French and Arabic. Work your way anticlockwise around the first courtyard before heading inside to the rest of the displays, followed by a walk in the charming Andalusian garden.

Medina of Tangier
The medina, the top attraction of Tangier, is a labyrinth of alleyways both commercial and residential. It's contained by the walls of a 15th-century Portuguese fortress, although most buildings are actually relatively new for a Moroccan medina. The place is full of travellers' treasures and offers glimpses of traditional living. Sadly, local touts can be more of a bother here than nearly anywhere else in Morocco.

Wonderful visit Tangier with Samir
Samir took us on a roughly 5-hour tour of the city of Tangier. The tour began at the point where the Atlantic and the Mediterranean meet, where we also had a snack. After that, we visited Hercules’ Cave and then slowly made our way toward the Medina. Samir turned out to be a great guide because he told us about local customs and sights in just the right amount of detail—he didn’t go into too much detail, but he gave a clear overview of all the most important things. The tour of the Medina was great because we learned a lot about the Medina as both a residential area and a commercial hub. Samir understood that we didn’t want to spend too much time in the commercial districts—we were more interested in the local way of life. For the evening, we got a great recommendation for an affordable restaurant packed with locals. I can really recommend Samir if you want to learn about Tangier and see the places associated with it. We had a wonderful 5-hour tour that everyone will remember.

10/10 tour
I can’t express enough how wonderful this tour was. Samir was very tentative and extremely knowledgeable about morocco. I was amazed of many things during the tour and the camel rides on the beach were amazing. We stopped to get food at a beautiful restraunt and we stopped in many markets. Samir timed everything out to perfection and we very very much enjoyed our day trip to morocco! Thank you Samir!

The Perfect Tour Guide!
Samir is a fantastic guide, if you're planning a trip to Tangier, do yourself a favor and get Samir as your guide. He not only knows everything about the history, culture, neighborhoods of Tangier, but also the trees and wildlife. My mom broke her foot a couple of days before and Samir (and amazing driver Mohammed) made sure she didn't miss anything. Samir wheeled her through the old town, and so many wonderful people came out to help her get around. We learned a lot, rode camels, ate a delicious meal and shopped in the bazaar. All in all, a great experience!

Great Tangier and surrounding area tour with Samir.
Our group spent a terrific day touring Tangier and Asilah with Samir. Samir was engaging, knowledgable and accomodating. He had a good sense of when to lead and when to give us space. He welcomed our curiosity and we appreciated his thorough historical perspective. We very much enjoyed the coastal beauty and old town of Asilah, as well as the lively market in Tangier. I would highly recommend this tour with Samir.
