It was switched to olive oil tasting

It was changed to an olive oil experience from Vermouth tasting without telling us! We found out it was not Vermouth tasting in the middle of session.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up during your visit. Unfortunately, the host mistakenly conducted the olive oil tasting instead of the booked vermouth experience, as the venue offers several different tastings. As we understand it, this was only brought to our attention after the experience. During the activity, no concerns were raised, and after the tasting you even purchased the olive oil, so the host was unaware that there had been any misunderstanding. As soon as we became aware of the mistake, we contacted you and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. If something doesn't seem right during an experience, we always encourage guests to let the host know straight away. In most cases, any misunderstanding can be resolved immediately, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience as intended.

    Disappointing

I was here today on Monday, great opening, you had to beg them to let you taste their vermouth DJ production and yet you spend 15 euros, I brought some almonds because I knew I would drink on an empty stomach, very disappointing

Response from the operator: ciao credo che tu stia pubblicando una recensione non associata al tour - esperienza . Abbiamo già contattato tripadvisor per rimuovere la recensione in quanto non abbiamo mai avuto un tour con te.

Great vermouth tasting with a personal touch

I had a great time. The tasting is hosted at L’Evo Di Eva, a small olive oil and vermouth shop in Torino run by Eva, who’s clearly passionate about what she does. It included three different vermouths, each paired with a small bite, and Eva gave presentation about vermouth, its history and the three vermouths in the tasting. The atmosphere is casual and friendly — easy to chat, ask questions, and just enjoy. It’s a unique experience that feels really personal. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. They also offer olive oil tastings, which I’d definitely check out next time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different and local!

    Great Vermouth experience!

Our host was very informative. We learned a lot about Vermouth and tasted some exemplary examples. Plus learned how to make a simple but very nice cocktail.

Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Turin.

How much does Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin cost?

    +

Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Turin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Turin is not rushed.

Is Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Turin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Turin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Turin and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Historic Vermouth Tasting & Aperitivo Experience in Turin start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Turin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Turin?

    +

On Outty we rank every Turin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Turin: Small-group Walking Tour of Top City Highlights, Highlights and hidden gems of Turin Bike Tour, StreetFood D’Luxe Experience — Tastes of Turin. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Turin?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Turin?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
