From there, you will enjoy a comfortable ride on the Shinkansen bullet train to Hiroshima Station with reserved seating in either a Standard Car or the premium Green Car. Please note that this train journey is unguided. Upon arrival at Hiroshima Station, your local tour guide will greet you on the platform and escort you to the tour bus boarding point, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your Hiroshima adventure.

- The National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter will wait for you at Hiroshima Station and guide you during sightseeing at Hiroshima and Miyajima
- When heading to Hiroshima, an assistant will lead you from the meet-up at Sunrise Tours Desk until boarding the Shinkansen at Kyoto Station. There is no accompanying assistant while on board the Shinkansen

Excellent
We heard about the tour from our friends who did this last year and it is just as they experienced it. The tour was exceptionally well organised, with every detail carefully planned. We had plenty of time to explore and fully enjoy everything on the itinerary without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Masako-san, was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, engaging, and attentive throughout the tour. Her explanations were fascinating and brought wealth of knowledge. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and had a truly memorable experience. Masako-san’s enthusiasm and professionalism made the tour very special for all of us. We could not have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her!

Experience of Hiroshima
Great experience just got unlucky with the weather, the island is very fun. I especially loved the deer. The trip was from 8 am to 6 pm so about 10 hours in total. The staff were kind especially the guide who spoke English well as a Japanese woman. Best for people who want to enrich their knowledge of culture in Hiroshima and just general knowledge of history. The crowd was slightly large which was fine as main parts of the experience you are allowed to seperate with your friends or family. Overall it’s a fun experience that is interesting and well planned.

Worst tour operator
The meeting place was closed, locked and unable to be entered into. We could not find the meeting point and when we called the tour operator, she claimed that it was open, when it was not. We then went to the train station,. The tour operator directed us back to the train station, to wait for a representative and the representative never arrived. We waited half an hoi4 extremely unreliable and incompetent. Surprised that TripAdvisor has this type of operators working for them. I expect my refund within 24 hours
