Great Highlights tour!
What a great tour with George. He clearly knows the island incredibly well, and we were able to see Pyrgos, Megalochori, the beach and even a bit of Oia. It felt like a small group of friends getting to know the island. Definitely recommend this tour!

Best 5 hours we could have spent on Santorini
Astra Suites recommended the services of Blue Shades of Greece - Santorini for a 5 hour tour of Santorini. We are so thankful they did. As we hoped, we were very pleased with our choice since our guide Spiros was amazingly personable and knowledgeable. Spiros made our day trip memorable, touring the most interesting parts of Santorini that we otherwise might have missed. We were fortunate to be traveling with another couple who we did not previously know, but we so enjoyed their company. The day included a visit to the Akrotiri Archeological Site, Vassaltis Vineyards which was a wonderful winery with a delicious lunch, as well as small villages, and other delightful stops along the way where we could taken in the beauty of small towns and panoramic vistas. If and when we returned to Greece we would contact Blue Shades of Greece again and ask for Spiros to tour us, educate and entertain us with his engaging personality and knowledge. Spiros made for a delightful and memorable day in Greece! Compliments to Blue Shades of Greece for having such a wonderful guide on staff!

The Perfect Tour of Santorini!
The perfect way to see Santorini!! We had a marvelous day with Spiros. He was so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. He will customize the tour to fit your needs/desires. Each stop was different and allowed you to see all the sides of this beautiful island. Seeing the ruins at Akrotiri and the visit to the winery for a wine pairing lunch were definite highlights. We highly recommend this tour and you should definitely ask for Spiros!!

Excellent Santorini Island tour.
My Wife and I decided to spend our Honeymoon in Santorini. We booked a tour of the island and have no regrets. Our driver, Antonis, did a fenomenal job in showing the history of the island from the main eruption of the volcano in ~1600 BC to how it became a worldwide sensation for tourism today. When we got to the winery for our wine tasting, Antonis went above and beyond to not just explain what each wine was, but also did a deep dive into Santorini's unique, one-of-a-kind wine-making process. Antonis also took us through several villages throughout the island giving unique insights about historical events, traditions, and architecture. We highly recommend this agency with Antonis as your tour guide, he truly is passionate about what he does.

Why this scores 77
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Highlights of Santorini: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.
How much does Highlights of Santorini cost?
+
Prices start at $180 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Highlights of Santorini take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.
Is Highlights of Santorini worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 53 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Highlights of Santorini?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Highlights of Santorini suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Highlights of Santorini?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Highlights of Santorini start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santorini?
+
On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santorini?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santorini?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
