Good tour but uncommunicative with pick up times
Good tour. Was nervous about the pick up as what is not told is that pick up from hotel can be within an hour timeframe. Had trouble calling the number provided but managed to get through eventually and was picked up. Tour was nice and informative. Safer to be transported around rather than have to walk the streets and risk the moped traffic around Hanoi.

Overall the tour was good; however, the agenda was not followed as published. No cyclo and we did not visit the prison.
