    10 out of 10

This was a fantastic excursion. My family and I were interested in hiking or some kind of outdoor experience while we were visiting Prague. A trip to Bohemian Paradise was at the top of our list for this, and we stumbled upon Martin’s Adventures by chance. What a lucky find—this was the highlight of our trip. A few details about our experience: we were a group of four active people and the hike was just right. Hiking boots wouldn’t have been out of place, but we all wore tennis shoes to fine effect. We carried small backpacks with water bottles and rain jackets and umbrellas and long sleeves (the weather was unpredictable). It probably rained for half of the hike, but no one minded. If anything it contributed to the atmosphere, especially since we had rain gear. We stopped at multiple lookouts along our way to the midpoint (Hruba Skala for lunch). Just phenomenal views. Then, it was lovely to sit outside at the castle to rest for a stretch and enjoy a light meal. Afterward, we were given the option to hike back to the starting point and return to the van or hang back at the castle restaurant and wait to be picked up at the end. One of group opted to stay and relax, while the rest of us hiked back. It was nice to have the option. All of this was curated by our excellent guide, Martin. It was a pleasure to have him as our guide for the day—we learned so much just chatting as we hiked. I can’t recommend him and his outfit enough.

Response from the operator: Hi Ashley, Thanks soo much for taking time to share your experience and I'm so happy you liked the day of hiking together! Safe travels! ♥️

    Unforgettable 🫶🏻

Super nice hike with our guide Thomas. We were 8 girls and everything was well organized from start to finish. We crossed the rocky forest which was very impressive and stopped for lunch at a beautiful castle where we had lunch. There was something for everyone. We were all in good shape so Thomas could improvise on the running track. We would always book again through Martins Adventure as he also offers many other activities. We will come back ✌️😍. Warm greetings from Marburg from the summit pearls of Hesse

    Enjoyable hike, great experience

What a fantastic day out of the city. We were picked up promptly by our guide, Tomas. He was kind and thoughtful as he curated the walk for our group. He was quick to point out carvings in rocks, and told us great information on the paths he had chosen. We are of average fitness and we were able to successfully navigate small passages and steep staircases without any problems. The pace was not too fast, which meant we could take time for water breaks after tougher sections. Lunch at the castle was a great experience. I appreciated the guide’s flexibility to make this a personalized experience. If you are considering this trip, pack plenty of water and decent shoes and an attitude of adventure. There are many different landscapes and views that make this trip worthwhile. It was a great day and we are grateful to have seen parts of Czech Republic we may never have seen.

    +

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Prague?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Prague?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
