One of the best Tour in vietnam
Recommending this cruise ship tour! - all the staff are very accommodating snd friendly. - They even greet you when you arrive and say goodbye, they will assist you every time. - The your has 3 destination , going top the mountain or swimming at the beach, cave. Speed boat or kayak. - Lunch buffet and snacks will be served. - Driver or pilot is good as well. - Tour guide will assist you - They have many drink options and happy hour and it’s very cheap. - 2 toilet and bath very clean. The ship is two months old (march 2026) very clean and new

A busy tour of Halong
Overall a good tour, but do understand what is and is not included in the cost. No drinks are included here, including water and soft drinks. This was not very clear. However, great to see Halong Bay. Lots of boats out in the bay and all seemed to go to the same spots at the same time, so pretty busy.

Overcrowded tour- we didn’t get what we’ve paid for
Pro: Communication was easy and straightforward, last minute the evening before Cons: The tour had one stop less than sold from the tour manager Tony, kayaking was only 6min bc of bad time management, food was different than sold (there are 2 classes on the boat, we didn’t get the food of the “upper” class although we paid for it), guests from Hanoi paid the same for the tour as us starting in Halong Bay

Good trip
The cruise was luxurious and the guides were polite and informative. The activities were fun. The food on board was disappointing and bland. We were told by our guide to leave any bottled water in the bus because of restrictions on plastic only to realise that it was so that we have to buy water on the cruise at a mark up. So remember to bring your bottled water with you. Water on board the cruise is not free.
