Spectacular day with Activity Norway, 10/10 recommend
Highly highly recommend Activity Norway’s helicopter tours! We initially booked a tour with them out of Olden, but bad weather forced the helicopter to cancel. Fernando worked tirelessly with me to help us reschedule, as it was the thing my mother-in-law most wanted to do in Norway, and we ended up being to fly three days later from a totally different city in Norway (Flam). It was beyond spectacular, and just as wonderful as the helicopter ride was the time with Fernando before and after. My in laws and husband were incredibly happy as well. 10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Incredible views and unforgettable memories
My friend and I took this tour and absolutely loved it! Everything was organized perfectly — no issues with booking at all, and the driver picked us up exactly at the agreed time. I also want to mention the road trip itself — the scenery along the way was simply incredible. The helicopter flight was a real adventure. We chose the 1-hour tour: it was a little scary, but the views from above were absolutely worth it. Trolltunga, waterfalls, snowy mountains, and fjords — these are memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. A huge thank you to our guide Sergiy for the great atmosphere and professionalism throughout the whole trip!

Fernando just being Fernando
Fernando was absolutely amazing. He helped me plan and organise my marriage proposal, and it went text book. Communication, pick up, the car, snacks in the car, local knowledge, traditional Nordic lunch, helicopter, music, photos, video, and of course Fernando just being Fernando. All bloody brilliant. Thank you for making our trip so amazing and the local food recommendations.
Response from the operator: Wow, thank you so much for your kind words! It was an absolute pleasure helping you plan such a special moment, and I’m thrilled everything went perfectly. Knowing that you enjoyed the car, snacks, helicopter ride, local food, and all the little touches really makes my day. Wishing you both all the happiness in this new chapter together, and I hope to see you back in Norway for more adventures in the future! —Fernando

Incredible day in Bergen, Norway!
We spent our day in Bergen with Fernando our tour guide! First and foremost, Fernando had excellent communication prior to the tour and was very accommodating. We really wanted to see the fjords from the sky and due to his ability to create this wonderful excursion we got just that! We also made several stops during our day and were delighted with the stories, culture and conversation with Fernando. I would highly recommend this awesome day with Fernando! If your looking for something different than all other tours, someone that will adjust based on what you want to see or learn, as well as make our day personable with a little photo shoot, this is your tour! Thank you Fernando for a great day! Well wishes, from The Werner’s, Gary, Mary and Tiffany
Response from the operator: Oh, the Werners — such a beautiful family you are! I had an absolute blast spending the day with you, going through the helicopters with Gary, Mary, and you, Tiffany. You are all amazing people and made the day so joyful, full of laughter. It was a pleasure sharing stories, culture, and those special moments with you. I wish you all the very best — please say hello to Gary and Mary for me!

Spectacular was to see a beautiful country!
The helicopter ride was amazing and what a cool (and easy) way to see Trolltunga! Our family of 5 fit easily in the helicopter and our pilot was knowledgable and chatty about the region and topography throughout the tour. Highly recommend if you can't handle the 14 hour hike....
Response from the operator: We’re so happy to hear you and your family enjoyed the helicopter ride to Trolltunga! 🚁 It truly is a unique way to experience the beauty of the region without the long hike, and we’re glad the whole family could enjoy it together in comfort. Our pilots love sharing their knowledge and passion for Norway’s landscapes, so it’s great to know that made the journey even more special for you. Thank you for your kind recommendation — we hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable views in the future!

Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bergen.
How much does Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen cost?
+
Prices start at $6,471 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bergen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bergen is not rushed.
Is Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bergen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bergen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bergen and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bergen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bergen?
+
On Outty we rank every Bergen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Walking Tour in Bergen of the Past and Present, City Walking Tour - Bergen On Foot, Discover Bergen on Foot and Boat. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bergen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bergen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What happens to Helicopter Over Trolltunga and Waterfall Sightseeing from Bergen if the weather is bad?
+
It generally runs rain or shine, so dress for the forecast in Bergen. Standard cancellation terms apply: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start.
