Great bargain taxi to airport
Had to chase them the night before but today was fine. He knows the way and dodge the traffic by going the side roads

That 808 Couple
This company was 14 minutes late in picking us up. Traffic conditions can never be a valid excuse. When you run a business for a while, you should know and anticipate possible traffic delays. Always be professional and on time.
Response from the operator: Dear, We checked the case and found out that the pickup was 10 minutes late due to the crazy traffic. We apologized for that. Also, the hotel you booked has a very small area for parking (just enough for a few cars to park). And in case a car arrived and did not see the guests, the car must move forward and made a long round to go back. That was why our driver would not plan to arrive before pickup time. Thank you!

Do not use under any circumstances
I wanted to get to the airport earlier than scheduled. I texted the operator 12 hours early and never received any reply. Viator couldn't get in touch with them. I am not sure this is a legitimate business. I couldn't take the chance that I would get stranded and miss my flight home. So I just booked a Grab car and got an immediate reply. I got to the airport. If Viator doesn't refund me, then they are not worth doing business with in the future. Any legitimate transportation operator should reply to your text in a reasonable time. Not replying at all is totally unacceptable.
Response from the operator: Dear, please be honest with your review. You contacted us to cancel the ride last minute but wanted to get back the payment. We explained that it was impossible becasue it was too late to get back the money under our cancellation policy. You posted a negative review with your own story and it is totally misleading and wrong of you. Please be sotiphicated and be fair. And you should learn how to respect the deal and learn how to be in other places. Your single misleading review (omong so many positive reviews from others) will show how you are. Thanks! Thank you!

Nothing Special
Driver arrived late which was obviously not ideal. He drove silently and didn't say a word to me from start to finish, not even to explain why he was late. A Grab taxi would have been just as good.

Fast and reliable
Efficient and on time, even when I was late for 20 minutes. Good communication throughout the process. Would recommend to book this service

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport) cost?
+
Prices start at $11 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport) take?
+
Plan for about 0.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 75 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport)?
+
Around 26 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 0.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Hanoi Airport See-off (Private Ride from Hotels to Hanoi Airport) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
