    Unforgettable places

It was a unique experience that I lived with my parents. Our guide was a very kind and competent person, who loves his country and wants to show its beauty. The people we met were a surprise, smiling and open to dialogue. I think I will never forget the green of the rice fields, the bright colors of the traditional clothes of the local population and those places, which I hope, remain unknown to mass tourism but are visited only by true passionate people.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad to hear that you had a smooth and comfortable trip with us. Our team always strives to provide the best service, and it’s great to know you felt well taken care of. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again on your next trips!

A Must try Experience in Vietnam

We had a trip to Mu Cang Chai in October 2024. It was amazing with the natural scenery of mountains and terraced fields. The tour guide took us to the most beautiful, terraced rice fields and harvested rice with local people. I saw They laughed and chatted happily while working. There were some local foods looking not interested at first, but after tour guide explanation and we saw other people were happy with that. We did try and they were really must try foods here.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We’re so happy to hear that you were satisfied with our services. We work hard to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we’re glad that we were able to meet your needs. We hope you’ll continue to choose us for your Vietnam adventure in the future and that you’ll recommend us to your friends and family. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate it so much!

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
