Excursion with a bittersweet taste
The experience was very, very mediocre. Starting with the fact that the guide, Sofi, instead of making the visit more pleasant for us, criticized the fact that my partner and I were going to the Hams caves because everyone else was going to the Drach ones. She tried to sell us on going to those caves because the ones we were going to were supposedly for children (false) and that it involved an extra charge. On top of that, she told us all that if we liked the excursion, we should leave a review in her name, and if we did not like it, we should leave a bad review in her colleague's name. Deplorable. Also, the tour says it includes a guide, but it does not specify at all that the guide does not go into the caves with us; they should specify it so that customers can consider whether to pay for the excursions. The only good service was the pickup and return to the meeting point; otherwise, it was truly disappointing.

De hecho, no existe ninguna guía llamada Helena en nuestro equipo. Entendemos, no obstante, que fuera de contexto la broma pueda interpretarse de otra manera. En cuanto al acompañamiento dentro de las cuevas, nuestro servicio de guía se realiza durante el recorrido y los traslados, mientras que la visita interior de las cuevas se realiza con el sistema y personal propios de la atracción. Agradecemos su comentario y tendremos en cuenta la conveniencia de hacer esta información todavía más clara en la descripción de la excursión.
