Approximate 7:15am Our guide and limousine vehicle will start for pick you up at hotels/ accommodations in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then transfer to Halong Bay by new express way. It takes around 2 hour and 20 minutes to travel from Halong back to Hanoi including 20 minutes stop over to stretch your leg half-way.

Great tour of Ha Long Bay but need to sort out better transfers!
Transfer to the boat excellent Boat clean, great aircon, plenty of space for number of passengers booked Great lunch - kindly catered to my vegetarian request when I asked (but food not otherwise labelled) Attentive staff Great activities - highly recommend the speed boat ! Only reason why I am not giving this trip 5/5 is the transfer home was pretty bad - driver picked up an additional 3 passengers at homes (one of the new passenger pickups spoke loudly on the phone for half the trip!), stopped to get fuel, transferred from the luxury van to an ordinary van before arriving in Hanoi - the whole thing took 3 hours to get home!

Good trip despite poor weather
It was a worthwhile trip despite poor weather. Well organised. Friendly and efficient guide. Comfortable journey on limo bus. Very good food on boat. Plenty of space (about 40 people on boat which seemed to have capacity for twice that.

Best Trip
We had an amazing Day Tour on a Luxury Cruise in Halong. Our tour guide spoke vey good English and he was so helpful. We had a very good service and had a delicious foods during buffet lunch with a wide variety of options on the boat The boat was so spacious and nice and clean. The seats on limousine vehicle and cruise and were nice. The trip was well organized and we had all things as stated. Thanks to all team giving such a wonderful service. I mus say that this experience is definitely recommended to all who plan a trip to Halong Bay.
