Trouble at the beginning
The tour was canceld very shortly. It was stress, trouble and cost for taxi for us. The alternativ trip with La Casta Daily was quite nice.

We tried to call, we messaged you many times on WhatsApp, you saw the messages and barely replied. We did not get enough bookings for Pamela on the date so we upgraded your booking with a nice cruise in Tuan Chau marina - La Casta Daily cruise. You said you were in Halong international cruise port already, we offered again a nicer cruise - Symphony in the same port, you just got information from our side but did not reply or confirm back, just got on a taxi to Tuan Chau. That made us confused a lot. It was difficult to communicate and support you. We tried our best to support you at the last minute, please check and support back so that we can arrange a good tour for you. Best regards, Luong
