Our tour is 6 hour - cruise in Halong Bay with seafood lunch and 3 outdoor activities : kayaking, swimming/mountain trekking and cave visiting . It is the route of 2 days/1 night tour so traveller can save money and time for other places in Vietnam

Rude, disorganized bad service
The tour guide Lin I think was his name was terribly rude. They ran an HOUR just to pick up passengers. The bus is very packed. The woman sitting next to me was on her phone and taking up alot of space. On our way home I sat on the first seat which had more leg room. The man got upset and told the tour guide and he asked me to get up and go to my "assigned seat". I told him we all paid for the tour and why can't I sit where I want to and the tour guide announced everyone needs to sit in their assigned seat. It was very offensive. During lunch I asked if I can eat vegetarian since I'm allergic to shrimps and he said but we're also going to have chicken. He was so rude about everything. I also found out that others paid a way cheaper price than I did. I told the company this as well and they refunded me my portion. It's sad because the actual tour is a breathtaking place. I don't recommend this tour company.

Not recommend
The pickup time is 1.5 hours before the actual day trip. The driver & guide were rude. We arrived at our destination, next to a seiries of boat launches that looked like a slum, and the boats were all very under standard.

I really liked the trip, the food, the views! Everyone was very very kind and helpful. Peter was our guide and he made sure we had everything we needed. It was worth the money!

Very nice trip
Enjoying trip. Peter is very kind and manage perfectly the trip. I really enjoy the kayaking time and also the caves in Ha Long are amazing !

Thoai was very nice guide. It’s happy to be joint with his tour. Humorous, kind, good care of us during the tour, had deep knowledge about the sites as well. Very recommand him for this tour!!
