If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or Hanoi Silk Path hotel, 195 Hang Bong street at 7.45AM or Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.20AM to get on the bus

- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.

Overall good tour & tour guide Phong, but time management could have been better
Overall a good tour and tour guide, but time management could have been better. Restroom break should be 15 minutes instead of the 45 minutes at a pearl factory store - not on the itinerary, guess they wanted us to do some shopping there.

Great trip
Fantastic trip, Hung our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. All activities were very enjoyable. If you're after a great one day tour I would highly recommend you do this one.
