Ha Long Bay was an...
Ha Long Bay was an unforgettable experience. The views were stunning — calm emerald waters and dramatic limestone cliffs everywhere you looked. The service on our cruise was excellent, with friendly staff who made everything easy and relaxing. Every moment felt peaceful and special.

I have mixed feelings...
I have mixed feelings about the trip. The planning was well done, the scenery beautful as expected but...: The bus was average, not good or "VIP Bus". The toilet was broken for 4 hours on the ship - both male and female which leaded to a horror scenery. Trying to find the only toilet on the trip, thats not on the ship was as disappointing as the toilet on board. It smelled horrible, was not cleaned, and fecals everywhere on the seats and floor. The Halong bay is totally worth a visit, its spectacular. The food on board was tasty and the vegetarian option was great. One minus point for me was, that it was waaaaay too much food and therefore foodwaste. Our menu for 2 would have been enough for 4 to 5 people. Also: be ready to bring some snacks for the bus tour. The snacks on the single stop during the bus tour were heavily overpriced. Even more than airport prices.

The staff were really...
The staff were really nice and helpful and the buffet food was delicious. It wasn’t crowded on the boat and we didn’t feel crammed in with other guests. We got to see all the main sights in the bay and go kayaking which was very fun. Overall a really great day and definitely worth the money!
