Exceptional Vietnam Trip with Swallow Travels: Highly Recommended!
Our trip to Vietnam with Swallow Travels in December 2025 was exceptional. Rosie provided outstanding assistance from planning the itinerary right through to the airport drop-off at the tour's end. Rosie was always responsive, even outside business hours, and went far beyond a typical travel agent by looking after our health and well-being, as well as that of our family group.She even organised a beautiful birthday celebration for my son during the Ha Long Bay cruise. The accommodation, tours, and transport were all excellent—on time and fully consistent with the itinerary and plan.Highly recommended.

Boat needs an update, terrible experience!
This boat is in terrible condition, roaches and mildew are abundant. The beds are hard and the bedding is rough. The bathrooms are poor at best and the one towel you will get smells poor. They only provide AC from approximately 9pm and it shut off before 6am. On a positive note, the crew is great and the food is unique, fresh and flavorful.

They don't spend much for maintaining as often as before the pandemic because there are not many people choosing 3 star option for Halong trip. They prefer paying the extra to upgrade to 5 star boat for better facilities. However, we really appreciate your feedback that helps us to improve our service for next clients. Excellent travel company taking care of all logistics
I don't often take the time to write reviews but I need to single out Swallow Travel and Rosie in particular, she organised our 14 day tour of Vietnam and all the varied tours and trips we wanted to do in between, including Halong bay, Nin Binh, Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta... too many to list! Their company is highly professional, very clear, timely and transparent communication. On the trips the tour guides were entertaining and kept everyone in check and more than happy to impart their knowledge about their beautiful country, buses were all clean and air conditioned, hotels were spot on and locations really good as a base to explore by yourself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you are travelling to Asia.

Excellent Trip to Vietnam
We had an excellent trip to Vietnam. Thuong was simply amazing; her prompt response to our questions was admirable, everything was organised so well including all our travel guides for all our tours were just lovely! I would highly recommend Swallow Travel!

Excellent service and communication throughout , highly recommended
A friend recommended Swallow Travel for my trip to Vietnam . On my initial contact with them , I asked if they could put together an itinerary for a visit of 4 weeks . My initial contact was with Rosie Dinh who put together the itinerary , which I was more than happy with , also I could gage what the price would be for the package . But my plans weren’t concrete on first contact . A few weeks elapsed before I made contact again, when I had a firmer idea of my plans. A Vietnamese Visa is for 30 days , so asked them if they could make the itinerary for 30 days , with a few tweaks at the end , due to my flights . This they did with no hesitation, and drew up an amended itinerary in no time , my new point of contact was , Thuong Nguyen . She informed me that Rosie had moved on to pastures new . And I must admit the communication throughout was excellent, before and during the booking process . A 10% deposit was required on booking, with the remainder payed 6 weeks before departure. On my arrival at Vietnam , landing at Nội Bài airport Hà Nội , I didn’t have to think about anything. It was all organised, a driver was waiting to transfer me to my hotel . The whole month was organised very well, Ang Nguyen always kept me informed about pick up times for the next days trips , or transfers to the airport for internal flights . Advised me if there were changes to flight times etc . Normally I plan holidays myself, but to be honest choosing Swallow Travel to organise my Vietnam trip was the best decision I made , felt like royalty at times . They are an excellent company , and great to deal with . The itinerary was so varied, and balanced with quite a few rest days in between, which I’d asked for . I was able to see most of Vietnam’s highlights, and do some of my own things as well . Couldn’t recommend Swallow Travel highly enough . Great communication throughout, well organised itinerary, and the day trips were superb . Therefore, if your thinking of visiting Vietnam , I wouldn’t look any further than Swallow Travel . And the pricing will surprise you as well . Thuong Nguyen and Ang Nguyen will look after all your needs , they are a credit . Thank you both for a memorable trip 🙏🙏.
