Them safely to our hotel😃 Great value. Airport transport. Tour of GEM Lunch. Shopping. Hotel drop off. All in one

Grand Egyptian Museum and lunch at the Pyramids of Giza

We spent a wonderful 3 days in Cairo with Mo from Desert Storm Tours. Mo is a very knowledgeable guide and Egyptologist. We had an excellent private tour of the Grand Egyptian Museum followed by an incredible lunch overlooking the magnificent pyramids. So memorable!

Response from the operator: Thanks a lot for your great feedback ! Wishing you all the best!

Great experience

We arrived a day earlier than our fellow traveling companions and wanted to visit the newly opened GEM. We contacted Mo and arranged a pick up at our hotel. He was punctual and personable as well as knowledgeable about all things Egyptian. He provided a driver ( I have no idea how anyone drives here) who was fantastic. After the GEM we went to “the” papyrus shop and purchased several pieces (truly beautiful), then onto lunch (rooftop overlooking the pyramids of Giza), and top it off the food was amazing. We asked him to take is to the largest market for a short visit, it was sensory overload and during the day not overly crowded thank goodness. I would highly recommend Mo as a private guide when visiting Cairo!

Response from the operator: We highly appreciate it!

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cairo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cairo?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cairo?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
