Brilliant experience
We had a brilliant time at this cooking class from the moment we where picked up,to getting the ingredients in the local market, to the boat ride before arriving at the place where we did our class. The lady taking the class was excellent, very funny and a lovely person. The cooking class is a must for anyone wanting to experience it. Thanks for a fun morning and very good food 👍

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 💕
What a fantastic tour. Nhi collected us from our hotel and from that moment I knew we were going to have a great time; Nhi's energy and smile were infectious 😍. After collecting the other guests we went to the market where the locals do their shopping at least once a day. As westerners, it was something that we never see and it was fabulous 👌. Nhi explained all the different herbs, spices, fruits, meats, noodles and rice products and then it was off to our boat we went to head to our cooking class. On the way, Nhi explained what some people were doing by the riverside or on the water itself. The boat ride in itself was fantastic 😁 but when we arrived at our destination I was in awe, the class was in the most beautiful setting by the river and it was so peaceful. Firstly we prepared a huge pot of beef pho then it was on to cooking our food. Nhi demonstrated what we had to do with tremendous enthusiasm and humour then it was our turn 😁. We made fresh spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, a crispy pancake with pork, herbs and beansprouts with a beautiful fish sauce, beef stir fry with an oyster sauce (yummy) and mixed salad. It was then time to remove the bones from the pho and dig into that beautiful broth and vegetables with noodles and fresh herbs and it was delicious 😋 👌. We finished off with tea and fruit and we were full to bursting. We were also given a surprise gift to take home along with the recipes of the foods we had cooked ☺️. We enjoyed a good chat with Nhi who was a genuinely nice and honest person, before heading back to our hotel. There are so many cooking classes available in Hoi An but I'm so pleased we picked this one, it was FABULOUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Market boat ride & cooking
First time cooking class, I had a lot of fun. Our host Tin Tin made it look easy, she was helpful all the way through and was very professional with an awesome sense of humour. Shopping at the market was interesting to see and learn about all the different types of fresh ingredients and local food. I enjoyed the two boat rides it was relaxing before starting the class, it was cool to leave on the boat straight from the market.

Enjoyable day although a bit...

Enjoyable day although a bit disorganised at the start - late pickup and some confusion over taxis. Very pleasant place where the cooking was done, good variety of tasty dishes to cook.

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
