Excellent Private Tour, But Booking Contact Needs Improvement
We had a wonderful day exploring a winery, a chocolate factory, and a brewery thanks to the service provided by Fiona. Her guidance was professional and attentive, and the comfortable ride made the full day itinerary completely stress free. This tour is particularly great for families with kids or anyone seeking a private and highly personalized setting. However, there was one significant downside before the tour: the customer service contact. The phone number provided on the website was always busy or never connected, making it impossible to finalize initial inquiries. We also experienced very slow or no response via email, which was quite frustrating. Despite this initial communication hurdle, Fiona herself was incredibly kind and managed to arrange everything perfectly to fit our specific needs. We are extremely grateful for her effort and the excellent customized experience she provided. We highly recommend the tour itself, but the company must address the poor responsiveness of their booking contact channels.

Too pricey
Booked the half day tour cause that's all the time we had. Picked up at the front door of our hotel via minibus thinking we were going to a bus depot to get on a big bus. No, this was it for the afternoon, just the 2 of us and our driver. Nice man who showed us around Perth on the way to a vineyard a brewery and chocolate factory. Nothing wrong with the tour as such but it cost us $200 each for 3 hours. When we looked at other sites the same type of tour was only $100 per person!!! Feel a bit ripped off really. 😕

Am surprised with your comment as what you received on tour is what is advertised in our brochure and website and most of our coach captains do go out of way to show you sights on way etc too . Sadly with low tourists in Perth it is not possible to get full load of 45 seater coaches and even thought we had not met the minimum tour required people, we operated tour for the two of you so you do not waste your time in Perth. Thanks for your effort to inform us your views

Swan.Valley tour
Laughs. Beautiful city He gave us a lovely drive through the city and explained all that we were looking at well. He lets us choose a winery and a lot of the places we went visit. He was friendly and kind and also considerate. He dropped us of at the airport at the end it was a really lovely day

Fantastic places and excellent service .
We had Kevin as our driver on this tour. He was polite, knowledgeable and always helpful. Each stop was customised to us and excellent in the products on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for Kevin . Even in the incredible heat we were always cool, given water and our comfort was his greatest concern. The trip had numerous stops and showcased WA at its best. Thanks Kevin for a memorable day, Aussie Perth Tours are lucky to have such a gentleman on staff.
