Caution: Rip-off

We liked the tour itself very much. The landscape is just wonderful. Now for the other things: Although all participants were on time, it still took about 40 minutes until we finally started. Instruction on the vehicle 2 minutes. There was no guidance or explanation on the tour. Chilled drinks, which were included according to the description, were limited to one small bottle of mineral water that I had to share with my partner. The vehicles were obviously in a rather poorly maintained condition and had a few points that took some getting used to. Despite all these shortcomings, I probably would not have left a negative review at all if the final rip-off had not happened. Money was collected from those who wanted the souvenir photos that were taken during the ride, specifically in CASH, and to this day we have not received any photos. No response. And that is simply not acceptable!!!!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience

booked this tour because it was advertised as running from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., which fit perfectly with my cruise schedule. However, when I arrived, I asked if I would be back at my ship by 3:00 p.m. They could not give me a definitive answer and even told me they might not return until after 3:00 p.m. That was not what was advertised, and had I known that, I never would have booked this tour. What made the experience even worse was the staff's attitude. They were dismissive and rude, even to my driver, who tried to speak with them in their language to clarify the situation. I decided to leave and my driver took me to another tour company down the road. They accommodated me immediately, provided excellent customer service, completed the tour as promised, and got me back to my cruise ship with plenty of time to spare. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Accurate advertising and respectful customer service should be the minimum expectation.

However, we would like to clarify that the time stated on the ticket was 9:00 AM as the meeting time, not the departure time. As indicated in the booking information, the excursion normally lasts approximately 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, it is unfortunately impossible to guarantee that a guest will be back in Palma by a specific time such as 2:30 PM, especially as Paguera is approximately another 30-minute taxi ride from the cruise terminal in Palma. We always recommend that cruise passengers carefully check the meeting time, duration of the excursion and the distance from the port before booking, particularly when they have a fixed all-aboard time for their ship. We regret that this caused inconvenience, but the relevant timing information was provided on the ticket and in the excursion details before the booking.

Fantastic experience and something different.

This was a really fun experience. You got to drive on a variety of different roads and see some amazing views. The instructors were really helpful and friendly. The Polaris car feels really fast and sounds great. Easy to drive and very stable. Would definitely recommend.

Great memorable drive

The roads were great and really gave you a good tour of the prettier areas . We got some stop offs to stretch out legs.
