Half Day Scuba Diving @ Duden Waterfalls

A fun morning

We had a great time on this trip, the instructors are friendly and patient. Had a fun boat ride to the waterfalls then onto the diving. There wasn't a great abundance of fish but this is perfect if you'd just like to try it out.

Nice experience!

Very nice experience! Enjoyed the waterfall visit and the Diving. Trip was well organized and we were received by friendly Anemon Divers Team. I'm Padi certified and really enjoyed the trip. This is also good experience for first time divers.

Very dissappointing experience - we want our money back

TLDR; We paid for a service that advertised a (1) "half day" experience and a (2) hotel pick up. The "half day" was less than 2 hours, of which 20 minutes were spent in water, and there was no pick up. We have booked a scuba diving experience on June 10th which was marketed with a pick up from Belek (they have changed their offering since). Once we paid for the package, the operator pushed back on the pick up and offered us a refund, which we declined as we were still looking forward to the experience. Slightly concerned we still chose to continue but this meant we had to organise our own transfer at a total of £40 extra cost. We were hopeful that we'd receive outstanding service to make good for the miscommunication on their end but what we received was even bigger disappointment: Once arrived at the destination we were welcomed warmly and spent around 20 minutes chatting and getting ready. We entered a tiny rubberboat, which we found small and uncomfortable for a total of 4 people who were all loaded with diving equipment. On rubberboat we transferred to the Duden waterfalls in a 15-20 minute ride. Arrived at the location, 20 minutes were spent with instructions and getting ready. We then spent about 20 minutes in the water until we were informed that the experience is finishing as the next customers are about to arrive. A number of GoPro pictures and videos were taken of us, which at no point were offered to us either for purchase or complemantory. Another 20 minutes for the return journey and after less than 2 hours, the service finished. On reflection, as the experience is marketed as "half day", a 2 hour service is unacceptable, which is why we're working with customer relations to get a partial refund done here. Make up your mind if you want to take similar risks booking with this provider.

Morning diving

I went with my 2 sons on a morning dive with Hülya and her team. It was amazing. My boys and I had never dived before, but we were really looked after and felt so safe throughout the whole dive. I would really recommend this team, especially if you have children, and I will be booking again when I return to Lara Beach next summer. Thank you so much Hülya and the rest of your team.

Diving like a dream
