His 6 gold gilded coffins, each one smaller and more intricately decorated than the last, dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the must-see item of the day. The Royal Mummies Room (additional cost) is another highlight of the Egyptian Museum. Here you can see the mummies of many great Egyptian rulers, including Ramses II, the builder of the temples at Abu Simbel and at the end of your tour you will be escorted back to your hotel.

Amazing Egyptian Museum
Thanks to our guide Zizou (Abdel Aziz) for a great day’s visit! The Egypt Museum followed by the handmade cotton clothing store as well as the Mohammed Ali Mosque! Incredible knowledge. Magnificent monuments. An extraordinary country with a great welcome.

Egyptian museum
The Egyptian museum is a must see attraction. I was super excited to see the two real mummies which are still kept at the museum. A special thanks to Abla my guide, she was extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of information on everything at the museum and also when we travelled to different locations. A smiling face and as I was a solo traveller she did accommodate and clicked my pictures without even asking. Mostafa drove me around safely, he was on time at all the locations and very welcoming. Thank you for this lovely opportunity and making it an experience worth to remember.

Exceptional Tour Experience
Our tour was phenomenal! The car ride was equipped with air conditioning, good music, and the best tour guide, Emad! He is so knowledgeable about all of the exhibits and even suggested a delicious lunch option! The Egyptian Museum is a must visit so why not go with the best!!!
