Magical morning at the Taj Mahal
Puspendra was an excellent tour guide. Came to meeting point early, very polite and knowledgable. The Taj Mahal at sunrise was magical and the experience even better with Puspendra by my side. Would go again!

Not a lot of touring, forceful about making purchases for marble / gemstones / rugs
It's surprising to me that I was asked (forcefully) to leave a review given this tour. I booked a 6 hour, half day tour of Agra to include the Baby Taj & Agra Fort (we had toured the Taj Mahal that morning). For background context, this tour was booked through a travel agent so perhaps there was some miscommunication, but the touring itself only lasted about 1.5 hours - 2 hours max, including travel time. At the end of touring the Baby Taj, our second stop, our guide disappeared and told us he'd meet us at the gate. After that, we were asked if we'd like to see local handicrafts. I sensed we were going to be talked into buying things so we agreed only to see the marble handicrafts (which we found interesting as it related to the history of Agra) and were taken to a shop. After a brief presentation, we were taken into a back room and the doors were closed: our guide was nowhere to be found and we were shown a number of extremely expensive pieces of marble by the shopkeeper. We ended up buying some expensive marble coasters just to get out of there. Afterwards, the guide kept telling us we needed to go buy jewelry which we politely declined. He finally relented after we declined multiple times. At this point, we were less than 3 hours in to our 6 hour tour so we were dropped back off at the hotel where our guide followed us into the lobby and asked us to write a tripadvisor review on the spot. I declined and told him to send me the link, which I'd do later. So this is my honest review. I understand that it's a good thing for tourists to buy local crafts and put money into the local economy and I'd have been happy to do so (and would have even requested our guide take us shopping) had this experience not felt so uncomfortable and scammy. Cannot recommend this tour which is 1.5 hours of touring, 30mn of transportation and then 4 hours of shopping at places the guide wants you to spend money.

But unfortunately you already visit to the Taj Mahal So your tour finished some early. You mention shopping issue and also mentioned your tour guide meet with you on the Baby Taj gate. Your tour guide explain the history about the Baby Taj and wait your Baby Taj gate. Shopping are not included in this tour itinerary but you request to your tour guide for shopping. We have your WhatsApp chat history. You are saying you buy expensive marble items and your tour guide was not with you inside the shop. Many travelers will not allow tour guide inside the shop with travelers and inside the shop many travelers that time So I don't know why you are not safe there. Female safety are our first priority. Our tour guide and our company employees also offer you to return the marble items and you take the full return money but you not return the items. Your tour guide was also saying you what you want like jewellery, fabric. He want you spend some time another market. Your are saying your tour guide followed you inside the your hotel lobby that is wrong because hotel pick up and drop off are included in this tour so tour guide drop you inside the lobby. He was not followed you, pick time also you meet your tour guide inside the lobby. If you was not visiting Taj Mahal before the tour then you spend you 6 hours as per this tour itinerary. Great tour to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
Mr. Pushpendra was an excellent guide, we loved his tour at Taj Mahal and Agra fort!! He explained the detail in a very good English and his photograph taking was so perfect and well arranged because he knows all of the right spots for shooting!! We recommend him for the whole day tour in Agra!

Best Agra Tour
Everything was so well explained and our guide, Pushpendra Singh, was excellent! We saw the fort, Taj Mahal, textiles and precious stones all in 1 day. We were provided water and AC car. Definitely book this when you come to Agra! :)
