What you'll see and do
Fiordo Di Furore
The Furore fjord is one of the most photographed corners of the entire Amalfi Coast. As they would say nowadays: one of the most instagrammable spots. This is the only stretch of the state road, which leads from Amalfi to Positano, to detach itself from the rocky ridge, creating a small suspension bridge over the wonder. The place that blends the cold atmospheres of Northern Europe with the warm embrace of one of the most epic Italian love stories. Stopping to see the Furore fjord is an obligatory stop during a trip to the Amalfi Coast.

Conca dei Marini
The village of Conca dei Marini looks like an embrace of rocks, a natural inlet stretching out towards the sea next to the Fjord of Furore, an enchanted village with a few hundred inhabitants who live in houses on the beach or in white ones clinging to the mountains. Once upon a time Conca dei Marini was just a fishing village, today it also lives on tourism without losing its intimate charm. After nearby Atrani, Conca de Marini is the second smallest municipality in Campania.

Amalfi
Amalfi is located in Campania and precisely in the province of Salerno. The pearl of the Amalfi Coast, from which the Coast itself takes its name, presents itself to tourists as a fantastic place even if its beaches, except those in front of the city, are difficult to use because they can be reached either by sea or through long stairways but In any case, it is a unique experience in close contact with nature. Its climate is Mediterranean, the patron saint is St. Andrew the Apostle. If you wish, the captain will stop to let us off and get to know the small town of Amalfi

Boat ride and gorgeous sights.
We had a wonderful day out on the beautiful sea with Sandro. We got picked up from the pier in Positano. Sandro was super nice and a wonderful captain. We were able to feel comfortable right a way. The best part was jumping into the clear blue water. Sandro was very accommodating to us. We got to see the Amalfi coast, it was lovely. We were offered drinks but since it was so hot, we opted for water. Swimming was my favorite part of day. Sandro even had pool noodles for us to make swimming easier. I would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys seeing the beautiful sights of the Amalfi coast.

Grazze Mille for an Amazing Experience!!
The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional, and our family of 4 had an amazing time on our 4 hour excursion! Sandro picked us up from the main pier in Positano right on time at 0830. Sandro pointed out many interesting locations as we motored south, including some very cool grottos. We anchored next to an inviting swimming area, where we swam in the clear blue water and checked out an awesome grotto. Back on board, we continued south and took Sandro up on his offer to anchor once again in a new location for more swimming. We then headed south again past Amalfi and turned north for a leisurely ride back to Positano - with complementary prosecco, beer, water, and snacks. We returned right on time, telling Sandro “grazie mille” for a wonderful and memorable trip. Our family will look back on this experience and smile for years to come.

Why this scores 72
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amalfi.
How much does Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast cost?
+
Prices start at $910 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amalfi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amalfi is not rushed.
Is Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 64 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Amalfi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast?
+
Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amalfi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amalfi and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Half-Day Private Boat Tour of the Amalfi Coast start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Amalfi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Amalfi?
+
On Outty we rank every Amalfi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hands-On Cooking Class & Farmhouse Tour on the Amalfi Coast, Amalfi Coast Boat Rental: Explore, Swim, and Relax at Your Pace, Amalfi: Kayak-Snorkeling to Pandora Cave Hidden Beach & Aperitif. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Amalfi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Amalfi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
