Before heading off
What I liked about doing a half day tour was getting a feel for the Island without giving up the whole day. Of course, you can't explore everything in a few hours, and we could easily have stayed longer to wander around on our own. Every where, there's something that catches your eye or makes you want to stop for a photo.

Rather than just staying around the main tourist area.
Since it was a group tour, I wasn't expecting it to feel very personal, but the group was fine and the day still felt relaxed. Sofia was honestly amazing. She was a professionally lady, she explained and kept everyone involved. She was easy to listen to and we never felt like we were just following a guide around without browsing what we were seeing. We'd seen quite a different side of Mykonos, not just the usual postcard spots.

Come to this island and do whatever you like; there's no shortage of options: from nightlife to snorkeling, from good food to boat trips. It's all truly wonderful, just be careful of the prices and the roads, which are somewhat narrow, winding, and generally dangerous, as is the case on all the other Greek islands.
